Staff here is very efficient! They all are pretty familiar with the basic auto repairs. I usually order online and pickup in store when Im buying from this store. They always have my order ready to go! The store doesnt always have what I need in stock, but that doesnt have to do with the staff. There are always coupons for Advanced autos. I HIGHLY recommended ordering what you need online to use the online coupons and then pickup in store. You can save a lot of money this way.

Came in for a headlight that was out and the guy at the counter didnt look up to acknowledge me for a few minutes and then passed me onto someone else which i thought was not an initial pleasant experience.

Only had to visit this branch once wherein I need to ask for assistance but based on that experience, staff I talked to doesnt seem to be helpful. Its like they hated their job the way they dealt with me.

Had the tail light bulb I needed but 4 dollars more than walmart.....walmart didnt have the item so I went ahead and bought it prevented me from getting ticket

Staff usually has a bit of an attitude. OK selection. Some of their products appear to have been on the shelves for a while and are dusty.
