Ok where do I start. My name is Michael and I live in southern Mass. I have had many animasl over the course of my adult life ranging from dogs to full blown reef tank aquariums. I have always loved reptiles and have had many different types of lizard, but always longed for a snake. After some research I decided on a ball python for my first snake. I found CV exotics through the web and got in contact with Skip. Well, let me tell you this has been the best buying experience I have ever had.....ever. Not just in animals but in anything. I literally drove Skip crazy and he did nothing but be so patient and kind. He knew I was new to snakes so he took the time to explain everything I needed to know. He was extremely knowledgable and you could tell he really knows his stuff. To help me pick the perfect snake he sent me pictures of all different snakes and emailed me them. At one point we were emailing almost 15 to 20 times a day. He got back to me so quickly and never showed any signs of frustration. I have never been treated like this before in a business sense. After days and days of emailing and phone conversation. He selected some snakes for me based on what we talked about and had me come to the store in NH to make the final pick. Once I got there I was greeted by Skip and a very clean store. No mess no smells. All of the animals in the store were extremely well taken care of and were all beautiful examples of what each type of reptile should be. He showed me the snakes he picked out and I immediately fell in love with the Caramel Glow he said I would love over email. He gave me a killer price too! Which is always a great bonus. The transaction went smooth and he is holding the snake for me while I finish my custom enclosure. After I left he sent me a confirmation email of my purchased. It really was the best buying experience I have ever had and I am very happy to have found Skip. I would not hesitate to send anyone of my friends or family there for a pet. Really awesome!! Im a customer for life!

The owner of this store is very knowledgeable and has been in the business a long while. Its a great place to go to get exotic reptiles, and all of their supplies, with an extensive inventory of ball python morphs. One thing thats worth noting is that they do business online as well, and are able to accept paypal in store. Their prices are incredibly fair. I always support local businesses when able, and especially with pet stores, since their animals tend to be better cared for and in proper enclosures. The store is clean and properly lit, so its easy to see the animals as well.

Great place! I have worked with Scott personally, and I can assure you that his collection is top notch, he takes every precaution to assure that all of the animals are healthy and of great quality. He has lots of knowledge and experience. We just got our first BP from CVE. Ordering online is kind of scary because you just dont know if you are going to get what you order. Our experience with CVE was wonderful. We will def order again.
