I have been coming here for a while, but I am starting to realize there are some things that could be done to improve customer experience. The door is super busted and if someone is sitting directly outside of it smoking than the smoke comes inside and completely kills the whole interior aroma but it definitely sucks if your sitting on the comfy couch where you get all of the napkins, spoons, and straws from. Its also heightened by the fact that they sell hookahs to be smoked outside, so this door is a huge issue. The plugs under the couch area are super flimsy, they could use some work. It appears the bottom plug closest to the napkin and straw table works, but the plug directly above it does not. Ive used other outlets before with no issues, so if you have more than one device try and find another outlet. The overall couch chairs are pretty worn and you sink in a what feels like a good foot on the places where you primarily sit. Youd be able to tell where that is because the leather is not stitched together in these areas. Overall, the coffee shop IS 24hrs which is awesome! You have to spend some money to get use of the wi-fi, which Im cool with you get 1.5hrs and then you have to ask for another wi-fi password. The owner is pretty chill as well, and there is a jukebox app that you can download from your phone and choose songs to play. The coffee is really awesome, which is kind of a must, so I am glad that part is really covered well! The sandwiches are also really good and the menu appears to be updated fairly often. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and friendly. Overall this door is really killing it for me, I feel like Im slowly getting sick as smoke from outside burns the interiors of my nostrils and the back of my throat. Fix this and I will definitely update my rating to another star.

Ordered from here a lot in the past and had good coffee, past few times has been getting a lot worse and watered down until today was unacceptable, I can honestly say I dont think they added coffee into these drinks. Got a Vanilla iced latte that taste like vanilla water, got a white chocolate Americano and it ended up being some really dark brown drink that looks like it has regular mocha in it but we all tried it and it taste like water from the tap and no different which is very strange for the color it is. Then a white mocha which taste strong of white mocha but like its just water as well. Called the store multiple times and nobody picked up and went to a voicemail system, which they didnt return the call either. Will not be ordering from here again. Didnt pay 20 dollars for 3 glasses of water that took a hour and a half to get delivered to my door with post mates when they are 2 blocks down the street UPDATE: They never got back to me on this order, I was a frequent almost every day customer, this specific purchase was almost 70 dollars with all food and drinks we got from them, you would think a daily customer would get help. No call back, did nothing about the order, and now I can promise I wont ever get anything from here again, nor anyone else in the house considering we all got coffee from here almost daily. Ignored all my phone calls, and my voicemail

The food is fine, but the service certainly could use some work. The first time I came here, I ordered a sandwich, chose my bread, and waited for a few minutes to be told they had only one selection of bread, which wasnt mine. Okay, no big deal, I felt I had little choice as I was told that it had already begun to prepare, but whatever. The second time I went in, ordered two sandwiches and a vegan wrap. After waiting for a few minutes, I was again told they didnt have any of the ingredients for the vegan wrap, and after a little bit of waiting (the barista was busy with the drive through orders), I changed to a different sandwich. After the sandwiches finally came out, they hadnt remembered the drink that I ordered and had to rush to prepare that as well. All of this was a fair delay on my order, again, not a big deal in the grand scheme, but it was certainly not the service I expected, and enough for me to take my business elsewhere next time.

Ive gone here about 5 to 10 times to give it a shot and honestly if youre not getting coffee its a waste of money. We always order through post mates or uber eats at work and I love the blended nutella. Definitely wakes me up for a 12 hour shift. However if Im hungry or want dessert, I always get annoyed for paying for an over priced sandwich. The sandwiches are small, bland, and basic. If they were cheap itd be fine but they are like 1/3 of the size of a subway sandwich and youre paying 9 to 12 bucks! Ive had the bread pudding, creme brulee, and nutella creme brulee which were all disappointing. I definitely dont consider those creme brulee OR bread pudding, and Ive had my fair share. Ive tried so hard to like this place but the only thing I ever enjoy is that blended nutella white mocha. And thats only on nights Im okay being diabetic.

The Atmosphere here was lovely (a bit confusing as far as the theme was concerned but fun all the same), the service was superb and the coffee was great ( fun combinations and free accessible coffee refills!) but this place had the worst sandwiches I have ever tasted from a coffee house in my life. Considering they have the word "sandwich" in their name (online) I expected a lot more from them, but they really just dont seem to care about the quality of the ingredients (canned mushrooms dont go on a quality sandwich). I would go back for the coffee and service but I, nor any member of my party, was able to finish their sandwich and we all agreed that neither the quality of the ingredients or the combination of ingredients was acceptable (we had the Island of Capri-, "the Madhouse", and the Rabbit Habit).

Came from across the street after getting sushi with my gf. We saw it as we went into sen of japan. The sign attracted us so we both agreed to get water at the restaurant so we could spend it here instead. Oh boy was it worth. Everything about the environment and people is awesome. We went into the store knowing nothing about the store or menu. Luckily there was a super rad dude working named Mike. He helped us get exactly what we wanted just by talking to him and describing what we wanted. I was impressed how well he knew the menu. I got the wild berry, the gf got green tea matcha. We loved them Im going to recommend place to my friends. The fact that this place is 24 hours makes it amazing. Its crazy how Ive been missing something so legit in my own town.

The place is eclectic & seemingly inviting. The staff is cool & helpful as well. However, the owner chose to go far beyond bad service & take up his personal issues with myself & a few others on more than one occassion. I am from Palo Alto/San Francisco & the difference isnt the place, its that most owners of a mom & pop spot wouldnt allow their Napoleonic Complex get in the way of their $ & customers experience. I dont spend my dollars at places that benefit either greedy or irreverant principals. Anyway, the place gets my vote but someone should by it. Maybe then it will get more locations open. His 2nd location failed miserably & after a few run ins...now I know why. Its only my opinion so...enjoy.
