If you are in Kootenai County and love coffee this is a must-stop location. Being the most prominent local roaster expect educated baristas and roasters to make you the finest cup of coffee in the area. Also, it doesnt get any fresher than this! Also, the cafe offers the best selection of manual brewing equipment Ive seen this side of Seattle.

Awesome coffee shop! Perhaps one of the top in the area. Awesome decor and environment at the Lab, super friendly and welcoming staff, and great coffee. Got the Summer Lovin on a Kalita and it was wonderful. Definitely recommend this place.

We just moved to the area from Portland and missed good coffee. This coffee could compete with any of the good roasters in Portland. They even brewed a cup for my wife and I before we purchased the beans so we could taste them.

Go here for a simple, high-quality cup of coffee. This is not a weekend quick stop for froofy drinks and a pedestrian pastry. It is a fantastic roasting company with a small storefront that includes a coffee lab.

Went here to get 2 cups of coffee togo. Both taste really good and the total is around 5 dollars or so. Price is reasonable with quality coffee. Highly recommend!
