I went to get a tattoo and talk to chico he barely responded to my calls and text so finally we started we did not finish that night I lost my phone there I called the next day and ask if he saw my phone he said no so I back tracked my steps I went back there he was not there someone else was there I ask if I could look for my phone he said no so I ask if he could look he said no so I left when I came back to finish my tattoo he made me wait a hour after the time he said he could do then he comes out very rude to me and said I called him a liar and he didnt feel like tattooing me I will never give this place any business very un professional

really really bad experience, i went to get a dermal done by Jay he was really cool at first, i noticed that my dermal was popin out so i told him and he retried doin it, he just told me to take care of it and if anything to come back to the shop, so it lasted a week n the dermal popped out went back to the shop and he reacted really mad, he called me a "dutchebag" a "pig" and he even try to punch me & to kick me out of the shop. I talked to the manager i got my money back but that is definitely not a way to treat a costumer. NEVER EVER comin bakk again.

Horrible people!!! We called a week before to make appointments to get wedding ring tattoos as part of our Vegas wedding day. We were told that we did not need an appointment for this and that they absolutely do finger tattoos. We double and TRIPLE asked this as we know many artist wont do fingers. We got here and were told we do need an appointment , but we could speak to an artist to get us in later. The artist was a TOTAL dick!!!!! He literally yelled at us about how stupid it is to tattoo you finger. Wtf kinda business is this?

Amazing piercer! Hes awesome and very nice! I went to get my nipple pierced (again) and it came out great! The first time I got them pierced I went to some place called Atomic something and it got infected fast, didnt bleed.. which was weird, and took forever to heal, the piercer there was obviously not experienced, so I was forced to take them out, otherwise it was too painful to keep them in. So I was hesitant to do it again, but now Im glad I did!! Im really glad I went here, because hes very knowledgeable and professional

Called ahead of time and spoke to Chad. Was specific in telling him I wanted a tattoo on the ear - and he quoted me a price. Subsequently went down there with money in hand and the artist on staff didnt want to do it, so he said to wait 45 mins until another artist came in. Waited for him to show up and come to find out, he doesnt tattoo ears. While we were there, another couple who made an appointment was also turned away by the same guy I waited for. Not good business - especially if you advertise open 24 hours.

I went to get my tragus pierced here, typically I am pretty shy, and they were some of the most friendly people here. The piercer was straight forward as to what he was going to do, why I should do, and answered any questions I asked. In total the whole piercing process took about 5 minutes and was essentially painless as he said. The environment is welcoming, and the person in the front is willing to help you with whatever you came in for, whether it be a tattoo or piercing; these guys are just awesome!

I called ahead to check on piercing prices and the guy who answered the phone was so sweet! Chuck did my Monroe and my friends septum. I showed him a picture of where I wanted the piercing placed & he got it in the exact same spot. My friend was nervous about getting her septum done but Chuck calmed her down and got it done so quickly, she said it didnt even hurt. Definitely recommend this shop for piercings! Dont go to any of the places on the strip.

Had a tattoo that needed to be covered. I went to 5 different places looking to see what could be done and was glad I stopped in to see Jask. He was the only artist that got creative, took my idea and made it so much more. He cared about giving me what I wanted as well as the quality of work he done. I believe Jask is the BEST tattoo artist in Las Vegas! Excellent work, very professional, creative, & experienced! I will be a return customer!

Do not purchase drug paraphernalia at this store. They have low quality merchandise. We purchased a whippet cracker that was defective and attempted to exchange it within 45 minutes unsuccessfully. The cashier was extremely rude and negative. He refused to address or resolve the defect in his merchandise, and proceeded to threaten us with violence and "ban" us from his establishment. I wouldnt recommend going here for anything

Jay was my piercer!! I came to this shop to get a couple piercings.. He was so informative on my nipple piercings and took great care of me. Definitely made me feel comfortable, especially for the fact that he assured me that I was going to be fine and let me have a friend in the private room! the young girl is also very much enjoyable and always has a smile one her gorgous face

I have gotten 2 tattoos from this place, both different artists. First tattoo was not done they way i asked. The second one i got is scarred. When i asked the guy why it looked yellow he said my skin doesnt take white ink, But there is scarring everywhere on my tattoo. I cant express how disappointed i am with this whole location. I do not recommend.

Got my nose and bellybutton piercing pierced here. My experience was great. Reasonable prices and very friendly helpful staff. The pierced Jay was very professional and experienced. They know what theyre doing. Johnny is also a great pierced. He helped me change my nose piercing and updated me on my belly button piercing and gave me tips

Ok so I went to this amazing plaCe cause I was having trouble with mi lip piercing I did some where else i dont even want to say where.....anyway I went with then so they could help me and they did they were so awesome very friendly and great costumer service speacially this guy name Lou you the best I defenetly recommend this place

Friendly service Everytime I walk in. They have the best piercer in that company. The guy have black eyes and kool personality to go with it. He recommended who will do a good job for the special tatt in the shop. Also Jay been piercing for years and fixed your piecing as well. I highly recommend this place and ask for Jay
