This company not only has the worst customer service. But they have a purchasing manager that has absolutely no clue how to do their job. Over a year ago they started carrying yocan pens. 8 months ago I purchased one. Every time the coils need to be replaced I go in there to my new coils only to be told that they dont carry them and the only way for me to replace my coils is to buy a new pen. If you are going to carry a product that requires replaceable parts you should carry the replacement parts. Well guess what mr. Bills carries them and from now on that is where I will go for all of my paraphernalia needs. Maria you have let your customers down you should be ashamed of yourself and most definitely should be fired

Absolutely LOVE it here. Ive gone multiple times to get piercings done and they are great! I always go to Frank for my piercings: he has done my dermals multiple times and he does them flawlessly. In the past it has taken several (painful) minutes to get dermals put in but Frank is super quick and precise, not to mention that none of his piercings have rejected in the 2 years Ive had them. Definitely coming back for any other piercings.

Most amazing customer service! Theyre all some mad chill people. Just went there tonight with my bestfriend to get my belly button pierced and the service was great. Extremely helpful with everything. Answered all my questions. Very professional and just overall a great experience. Will definitely go back and check out all the new things that theyre bringing in. Amazing, just amazing. Great vibes.

Horribly rude!! I got my lip pierced they put to small of jewlrey i asked if they could put a longer stud in for me and they said no and Hung up the phone.. my lip got really swollen and pulled the jewelry through my lip.. Go to Club Tattoo inside Planet Hollywood instead way better

Ive now got four tattoos from Diversity & love them all. Great atmosphere, excellent customer service & exceptional art work . Planing my next visit from Canada to Las Vegas & wouldnt even consider going anywhere else :) pricing is extremely good & staff is amazing .

Went and got my belly button pierced today. I got pierced by Adrian. He put up with my million questions and me changing my mind each time he had brought the needle to my stomach. He did a great job. Great service and great prices. Will be coming back here again.

The service was great. This was my first time ever getting a belly piercing. I didnt have to wait long. The guy was very reassuring because i was very nervous. He made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

You can always count on diversity for having the worst customer service on all of Vegas. Done. That was my absolute last visit there. Plenty of other smoke shops & tattoo shops in this town to not be bothered with this place.

Worst experience in my life I just went for a dermal piercing change and the staff wasnt able to change it wanted to use some pliers and I had to pay for jewelry anyway. went somewhere else and they changed it with no problem

This place sucks. Showed up at 1126pm doors were open and the employee told me they were closed.Sign says 1130. They just lost $100. I will never go to a diversity again.
