I got a large tattoo of a tiger and some peony flowers a couple days ago with Nico Roussin. I found him on tumblr and we had been emailing back and forth to arrange a time since I was only going to be in town for a few days. I arrived to the appointment with my father and we started soon after. The shop was quaint and played good music. Nicos hand was a good pressure and he regularly checked to see how I was doing. I have to admit the shading hurt me more than the outline. Together, I spent about four and a half hours with him. Nico called a cab for my Dad and I after my tattoo was finished but it wasnt showing up so he borrowed a fellow artists car and drove us to the airport. Needless to say, I love my tattoo! It covers previous one I had lasered and I couldnt be happier. Nico is a great artist and good guy--from the tattoo quality to the hospitality. When I come back to Vegas in the future, Ill be sure to visit to Bad Apple as long as hes there.

Without a doubt the best shop in Vegas. Ray does my work and all the other artists carry the same professional, laid back, artistic attitude. The atmosphere lacks the arrogance of a lot of other Vegas shops - you feel like youve walked into a place where a bunch of people are exploring and expanding their art, not waiting for their next paycheck, so its comfortable for everybody. After looking at each artists portfolio, you cant go wrong with a single employee there. Theyre ALL incredibly talented and they all bring something amazing to the table. I stick with Ray because his detail work is amazing, he can add ideas to your concepts that enhance them (but never change them dramatically unless you need direction), and his line work is tight, clear and clean. Unbelievably happy with my experiences there..will always stick with this shop.

Jessy did an amazing Ganesh on the right side of my neck. I wandered in to the shop on afternoon, having wanted Lord Ganesh on my neck for ages. Jessy was kind, excited about my idea, and most importantly- *patient* with me. I am autistic and have ADHD, dealing with me when I am excited can be...trying. She put seven hours into the piece, completing it in one sitting, it is the piece I get the most complimentary comments on. Ray (Now at Leviticus Tattoo in MN) did my right sleeve work, a phenomenal artist and fantastic human, he too was patient, kind, and was able to take the pertinent information from my over stimulated prattle to create a piece I still marvel at. I have taken many people there over the years, and have booked an appointment for my kid there. I cannot rave about this place enough.

I went to bad apple about a year ago at the end of a big cross country road trip and I was sort of a difficult customer. I wanted a tattoo of Cesar Rodney on his horse (like the DE quarter) and I wanted it very small. After starting at a drawing that was about 5x5" I kept asking for it to be smaller until it was about 1.5x1.5" and it still had great detail and pretty thin lines. I also loved the decor of the shop itself and definitely felt like I was in the hands of a talented artist in a clean safe environment. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Bad Apple for my favorite souvenir from my trip :)

The staff was unprofessional and unorganized. After creating our design and setting up the station, the female staff finally decided to inform us you need to be 18- even though both of my parents were there. Apparently she didnt review our information form. Why have us fill out an information sheet if you have no intention on reading it??? Wasted 40 minutes there to find this out. Wasted $25 on an uber to get there while on my vacation. Went to 702 Tattoo and had an awesome experience! #702TattooHighlyRecommended

Very poor customer service. Walked in looking to get a tattoo. They told me it would be a two month wait. ?????. What type of tattoo place does this? And not only was he very rude, he was not helpful at all. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. Find another place. Very rude guy with the stupid beard and ridiculous hat. Showed him a picture of what i wanted and he was clueless. I actually had the picture!!!! Left me with a bad taste.

I walked in an right away Joey and Carrie greeting me. It was only my second tattoo and I got it in a painful place. Carrie was my artist. She drew up what I wanted, gave me a price that was terrific and she was just AMAZING professional and such a sweetheart. Amazing conversations with people there. Terrific shop Im going back next month for a new piece. BAD APPLE TATTOO, GO THERE!!!

Excellent and efficient work, talented artists, though they are sadists! Nah, I just chose and extremely painful chest tattoo! I waited many years prior to deciding on what shop to use here in Vegas.. there are so many. There are 6 artists appointment only, but a few guest and rotating artists seem to also work here. Thanks Willy!

I had Nico draw an octopus wrapping around my forearm & I was very happy about how it turned out. I cant wait to do my next session to get it finished. Also they had a lot of staff that were very helpful and most important they have a clean shop. I would most definitely recommend a friend here!

BAD APPLE ROCKS! Carrie is amazing. My friend and I are contemplating asking her to fly to NY to do a few tats for our friends. The artists are all amazing, incredibly patient, and kind. This was the best tattoo experience I have ever had. THANKS Carrie and everyone at Bad Apple!!!!!!!!!

my girlfriend just got her very first tattoo. she and i both loved it. the service there is great. the tattoo came out awesome. i highly recommend nico, but even more, the whole staff is really helpful and sweet. i know ill be getting my tattoos from now on too.

In response to your review. It sounds like you had an issue with after care. Ive gotten 4 out of my 6 tattoos done there by Johnny 5 and have NEVER had a problem. I wouldnt blame them because you failed to take care of your tattoo properly.

Johnny 5 did my work though Ray is on top of his game. Best Tattoo Shop in Las Vegas NV. They follow through with the Customers and have Very Good aftercare with customers. Not the artist want a be like some shops. This is Quality work.

Had a great experience with Ray who did a hummingbird and 2 flowers on my upper back. Hes a talented artist who is also professional and makes you feel comfortable. Cant wait to go back and get more work done!! I highly recommend Ray!!

I felt like I was in a real tattoo shop...without the rock star attitude...people that were not tattooing were painting or drawing...it was good to see there are shops still like this around.....I recomend it......nice nice portfolios
