I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! they are RUDE, impatient, DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR INDIVIDUAL CARE... they pass you on from doctor to doctor like you are on a conveyor belt from room to different doctor from room to different doc the assistants in the offiec are RUDE, unprofessional, loud, yelled across office. they have an immaturity to them that is VERY unprofessional. I left office manager KATHLEEN a message to call me, never called, i waited a week, called back she said that she still hasnt looked at my file and she would get back to me by the end of the day. I WAITED another 6 DAYS, called her back and she STILL HAS NOT HAD A CHANCE TO LOOK AT CHARTS!!! i would not recommend them what so ever. i think i should say this once more... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Excellent service Dr. Park was very helpful and removed a large piece of metal from my eye. My first visit I had a 3:45 appointment and I was in being taken care of within 2 minutes. This was not due to being an emergency, I was seen very quickly due to the highly efficient staff. Upon my second visit the scheduled appointment time was 9:55 and again I was in being taken care of within 2 minutes of my arrival. I have lived in Las Vegas for 15 years and this was my first experience with any doctors office that I didnt have to wait 30 minutes or even sometimes hours to see a doctor or specialist. Pam and Dr. Park were a great team and I will see them in the future for my eye care needs.

This was my first visit to Nevada Eye Care, as I had recently moved to NV. I didnt know what to expect, but I knew I needed a good Opthamologist because I have had many eye problems in the past. My experience there was more than good, it was great! The Dr. I saw was professional, and adept at reviewing my eyes, and giving me a new prescription. I would highly recommend this center and will return myself whenever I need my eyes examined in the future.

I get my annual eye exam at Nevada eye care for 5years.my primary medical insurance is Medicare and secondary insurance Cigna.and Today 3/21/2017 The Front Desk Receptionist.wants me to pay $50 copay on my Medicare.WHAT?????? So, I cancelled my appointment for eye checkup.goodbye nevada eye care!!!!
