Honestly the most underrated vision center in Kingman! Every time I have used them I have been greeted professionally, treated kindly, and have had my needs met. Not only are their frames adorable but also affordable! Even after using other competitors in the market it was Walmart that helped me best when I found myself in a time constraint and small vision crisis. They helped me immediately, calmed me, and figured out a solution that would mend my problem and get me back to normal without wait or excess cost. I cannot express what a difference it made in my life that day! And they did it with such normalcy and kind courtesy as if it were no trouble whatsoever to serve a customer. Thank you!! Truly, thank you!

Horrible customer service! My fiance went in with our 11month old baby and they had her waiting for over an hour. She was told it would just be a "little longer" each time she asked if she was next. After several other people(walk-ins) came and left in front of her, she proceeded to ask what was going on. Come to find out, the guy had never even put her on the schedule- the manager was nice and didnt understand the employees rudeness and lack of acknowledgement, but by then, my daughter was crying and she left empty handed.

The Scheduler Alison is a racist. I was the first person to arrived before they open and was standing at the entrance for half hour. They were late opening . When Alison arrived to let people in she ignored me and waited on others but I was the first in line. When she schedule me for another appointment ,when asked ,she claimed those days was not available I found out through another employee that those days were available.

They took me to a room for my exam and than took me out and put someone ahead that was 2hrs late for there for appointment thats kingman for you will never go there again nationwide will get my business

The customer service was awful... honestly the rudest Ive ever seen. You would be better off going to nationwide vision, better selection and lower prices.
