My Wife,Daughter and i have been with AT & T for several years now, and every month its been the same thing, we go in to pay the bill and one of the sales sharks try to tell us we need this or that and want more money, and forget about the new phones what a hassle ! That we always dreaded. The new experience !!!! Last night we went to the Wentzville Missouri, branch office, Of course sales sharks had come after us like we were chicken on a fishhook. We looked at them and Decided on the least threatening looking person. What a delightful experience , ! His name was Mike Swan, He was very polite, and Did not try to sell us the Brooklyn bridge and a bunch of expensive phone junk.He asked us what he could do to help us so we told him, he was extremely knowledgeable and Fixed my old phone almost as good as new, ((((AT NO CHARGE )))) HE continued to be very polite even after he knew he wasnt going to sell us Manhattan, This Young man was the type of salesmen I would Always perfer to seek out. So if your tired of the sales sharks. and want an honest down to earth Sales person Contact your AT&T company and tell them to be like MIKE Swan ,Treat us (Your bread and butter )with more respect.

Horrible Experience, I been dealing with a phone issue on my note and was doing a boot loop. Had to send it off to samsung twice. Finally got it back and working, I misplaced my sim card threw out this process. I went in to this location on my lunch break and talked to Jen. I recently got my licence reinstated and got the paperwork in the mail yesterday The licence office is closed on the fourth of July weekend. and the id i had was expired on my birthday June 4th, 2016. I showed Jen my expired ID, gave my ssi number and also the phone and the phone number associated with the account. Had the court papers I just got yesterday and would not assist me. When all i needed was a replacement sim card. To be able to use my phone take pictures of my family over the holiday weekend. I Just paid my $200 dollar att bill yesterday, and have my note, my fiances S6, and two tablets under my plan. I will how ever based on my current experience be switching to another provider and have them buy out my current att contract. Thanks Jen!

With the life of small stores threatened by the internet, it would be great if someone would actually answer the phone there. I like to give the stores the business and the more personal feeling I get from it, but I cant get through to them. I am a business manager for a local business, and I cant imagine conducting business, especially one of this nature, in this manner.

VERY helpful and knowledgeable staff. They ARENT a retail store so they are not so pushy to sell you everything under the sun, just what you need. I do feel bombarded atb the door because sometimes I DO just want to go in there and browse without any help since Ive been with them quite some time I know most of their deals already.

I go through AT&T and its just okay... the people here just want to have conversations instead of working. Theyre slow when working. But, they know what theyre talking about.. Id assume!
