Moving wifes phone to my account, working with Dee...for over an hour and a half. Hers was front end billed, mine was rear end billed, so we had to cancel my exist account and recreate mine as front end billed...no problem... Dee had no clue what she was doing...she kept going back to the desk to ask others questions...she did not know how the account transfer would be prorated, she kept saying that I was going to be billed in full, though only 2 days into a billing cycle. So after three time of recreating the account to get it working...she assured me all previous settings were entered for new (billing address, primary phone, etc.), and that I was not getting extra charges... Two weeks later, 3 bills came in the mail (one for each attempt) to the incorrect billing address...two bills with just transfer fees and one for new account...with transfer fees for all phones...why are 10+ year customers being charged transfer fees for ATT changing how they bill now? The manager was also roaming the floor. In our extended visit, he walked by several times...but never once stopped to talk with us... This store is a joke and a waste of time... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- and it continues...after several phone calls to ATT...several supervisors...and several promises...months later I am still receiving billing notifications that I owe money on the accounts that were created in error...and if I do not pay, ATT collections will report negatively on my credit...

The customer service has improved in the store so far that I can see. I went in and upgraded my phone to a pantec link which had a mail in rebate making the phone cost $10 in the end. I got home to prepare my mail in rebate to get my money back for my savings and found out Ill get my rebate on an ATT card that I can only spend at ATT and no redeemable for cash and will expire in a length of time. Not the mail in rebate I thought I was in for like people normally get a check in the mail. I do not like being done that this by a big company. Its not right!

Please God dont use this store. Made me pay restocking fee on defective equipment for my elderly mom. Just want everyone to know this is the store by new rouses and neighborhood walmart. Called att they will be contacting manager. This is a private owned store. Go to the corporate owned. These people are not trained the same way. Very rude when you return with a problem. Drive further and go to corporate store or better yet go to sprint . Better service and cheaper.

You really dont want to know my experience, the ATT store in Gonzales, La has to have the worst score in the world for talking to someone on the phone. To say that it is terrible would be an understatement!!!!!!! Yall should all quit and let the company get some people that actually wants to work

Poor service. Im trying to give them my money, and Ive been waiting an hour to do so. People who work here seem incompetent and unable to handle their position here. Its just a terrible experience all around, and it never seems to change each time I visit this location.

The ppl were polite, almost in a forced/fake way, they helped themselves more than me trying to make a sale with saying anything & everything to make a sale happen, and once it did i suddenly no longer mattered! Typical business skills!!
