Absolutely awful!!!! I was running behind and wanted to run in for ONE thing before they closed. I saw that I have more than 15 minutes, so I decided to stop. As soon as I walked in, the two employees began to bark at me "6 minutes!" Which was not accurate in the first place. Literally every 30-60 seconds, they continued to bark how many minutes I had to get out of the store, which again was not the correct time. I have up look and and just went to leave. AN OLDER WOMAN WAS GETTING IN THE DRIVER SEAT OF MY TAHOE!!!!!!!!! This is the same OLDER woman that was sitting in the store when I came in. Naturally I freaked out!!!!! The woman seemed so confused and apparently couldnt tell the difference between a big Tahoe and the little car next to it, so she obviously shouldnt have been trying to drive. Instead of calling the cops, I chose to ask the workers if they knew the older confused lady. The woman in there not only completely disreguarded my feelings of intense anxiety, but instead smerked at me saying, "shes fine" I can only assume at this point that this may have been her mother or something. But either way, the way she just pushed me aside was beyond repairable for this company in my opinion. And I will never shop here again. Ever. This was my first experience at a dollar general in years, and thanks to these two workers and their rudness, I will not be returning and I hope no one who does shop here ever has to experience this travesty of customer service.

The service was terrible. There was some sort of manager and an employee behind the register while we waited to be checked out the manager was yelling at the employee about a$50 refund and cursing at her in front of us and other customers. She kept yelling Courtney thats $50 Dollars! And then she would curse. We finally got checked out by her, and when I asked for a bag she didnt like that and slammed my purchase into the bag. What an experience. It was outrages! I had to put one star or I couldnt post.
