Not only is there service poor (dropped calls, etc.,) but they make it so hard to do business with them. I have been with the since Bellsouth mobiliy (then suncomm, then at&t). I am really upset that we are currently "stuck" with at&t (have over 10 business lines). There is NO ONE I can call to get ANY help. They only accept any transactions at the Mall of Louisiana (I hate malls). Please find another provider as AT&T has very poor phone service (reception/clearity) & very poor customer service.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales rep had the worst attitude and continually rolled her eyes at me while I was speaking. The manager was absolutely useless as well. I will never go back to this store again and suggest you dont waste your time there either.

Phong was awesome and very polite. Set me up with a brand new iPhone 7 like I wanted and cell phone bill under $100.
