I visited this store little over a year ago and had an excellent experience...this time however I went in looking to get direct tv strictly for the unlimited data. It took a while but everything seemed peachy...I asked to verify the amount 2 times before leaving the store.... buy did I get a shock on my first bill. Now I am stuck with a 2 year contract and more than I wanted to pay....Word to the wise...even if they show you the price on the screen....get it ALL in writing with the total price sent from the manager to your email. I will be dropping ATT after over a decade after this. Even though they did give me credits when i called they did not displace the output to equally compensate what I was told I would pay.

This store deceived me. The sales lady told me my bill would be one amount, I asked her was she sure and she reassured me if the amount. When my bill came in for the next month it was almost $100 dollars more than what I was told. After calling to inquire if this bill AT&T warned me about going to authorized retailers. They told me to go to corporate stores when I can. I will not be dealing with these stores anymore.

Att has never given me good service. Unfortunately they bought directv so I am stuck in a contract with them. They have been charging me incorrectly for months and I have called several times to no avail. My bill is still not right. Also we have internet through them and constantly have to wait for the connection while over paying. Its the worst.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Sat there for 30 minutes waiting to checkout and finally got aggravated and just walked out. Will not be going back to this store again.
