Do not use this store for your sprint services! The technician recommended for my son to order a new screen for his iphone 6 and they would put it in. Easy fix he said. We spent $90 to get the screen and had him put it in. 45 days later the screen stopped working. We took the phone back to their store and they said they no longer have technicians working in their store. So we took the phone to the sprint store off K and N in OFallon. Guess what, because we used a technician in the Wentzville store that was NOT an apple certified technician (not explained) we could not send the phone back, we would need to pay our $200 deductible to have it fixed. If the technician would have recommended the phone to be sent the first time then we would only have been out $100 to get it fixed by a certified technician. So now its $90 and $200. Kicker here is apparently this has happened all over at these 3rd party stores so guess what, they no longer have technicians in those offices!!! I wonder why.....Spoke to Peter the Manager, he basically said there is nothing he can do "it is out of my hands, nothing we can do for you". Well Peter that is not how you run a business...on to the BBB. 0 stars folks, 0 stars.

Im so applaud by the way i was treated by your tech guy in this store...i really wish i got his name...he was extremely rude! He was getting impatient and kicked a balloon next to a screaming toddler ALMOST kicking him in the face! Then he tried to accuse us of bringing in a stolen phone!!! He said it more then once..."i really hope this phone is not stolen ill have to call the police"...why would you say that to a loyal customer?? We have been with your company for about 12years now...i was so embarrassed and disrespected...One why would i bring something stolen into a company that has my information including my social security number!?!? He was VERY unpleasant and unprofessional...i bought this phone on ebay under the impression the seller was telling the truth about the device...unfortunately we were misguided and will be returning the device....not sure if we will continue to stay with your company as result as to how we were treated!!!

Ive been with Sprint since Ive had a cell phone (2002). I cannot brag enough about the service I have received at this store! Steffano was great. I had 3 yr old who got a little anxious toward the end, but he was nothing but patient and kind the entire time. We went in to upgrade our phones from android to apple. he helped us with a few of the differences to look for and accessories to protect our newly purchased investment. When we got home, we got a message letting us know that he had left my old phone on the charger so that it would finish backing up to Google cloud, ensuring all my photos would be there for me! Going a step above and beyond what he had to do! Im so grateful for the service and will continue to go this store for all of our sprint needs!

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had at an establishment. We went to sign up for theyre deal and they said it was going to cost us $120 a month for 2 new phones and unlimited everything. They also said it would only take 2-5 business days for our phones to come in. After a week of no phone I said never mind we want out. That started the biggest fight Ive ever had with a company. Took them almost 2 month to give me my refund. The bill that we got that they tried to make us pay (even though we werent using there network) was $360 not $120. Very rude service, they lied, lazy, and extremely unhelpful. Definitely would not recommend!!!

I was at this store on the afternoon of April 28, 2016. My girlfriend just had sedation dental surgery done and could not remember the lockscreen password of her Galaxy S7. After making sure she wasnt going to fall over, I left my partially sedated and heavily medicated girlfriend and her phone in the hands of technician/employee Madison Dorsey while I ran a few errands in Wentzville. Outstanding customer service! Not only did the employee get the phone working, she put up with my overly talkative (at the time) girlfriend for almost an hour and was still smiling as we walked out. Thanks again Madison!

IPAD was misplaced with our order. We called 5 times and were told varying things including telling us it would be there three different days to finally after requesting the manager was told that device was lost in shipping. They had no protocol for this and were uncertain as to how to proceed. We were 14 days waiting after being told it would be 5 mailing days. Finally we received an extra inventory at another office just yesterday after we clearly indicated we were very upset of waiting and each rep saying they would call back and never did.

***PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE***. If I could put no stars then that would be perfect. I will bluntly be honest with this review. I HATE THIS STORE. I got an IPad Air 2 from these guys when I SPECIFICALLY wanted a iPad Pro for the Apple Pencil for college. but they all pushed me to get the air AND TOLD ME THAT THE DAMN PENCIL WAS COMPATIBLE TO EVERY APPLE IPAD DEVICE. NO IT IS NOT!!! So if you see this and get an y iPad but pro the pencil doesnt work! Take advice from a costumer they just happily screwed over

I was having trouble with a broken phone - went to one Sprint location and they sent me home without resolution. Came to this location and they promptly resolved the issue and ordered my replacement phone without any hassles (even though the first store had the more extensive authorization to handle the situation). I received excellent service from Terry & Alexander after a frustrating day dealing with Sprint customer service from the other store and on the phone. They really went above and beyond.

Although I came in for the Pokémon Go game, this is the ONLY location from Warrenton to St. Charles thats knows how the codes work and was willing to help me in figuring out and obtaining the promotion. Everywhere else just said go to Ofallon or they didnt know. Even they didnt know. This is what I call good business practice! Taking the time to utilize a sponsorship and advertisment makes me wanna look into switching carriers, simply because they showed they care about who walks in the door.

I am speechless!! I ran in at 7:30 and they were more than happy to get me set up with two new phones. They wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible. They did not rush through anything. They had fantastic customer service! By the time it was all said and done I saved a lot of money on my bill and they gave me a huge discount on accessories! I walked out of there an hour after they were supposed to close! They we so great!!

I live in St Louis but This Store is the only one i will go to because of great customer service. Mike, Maddie , Joe, Ashley, and everyone else on that team in Wentzville has always answered every question Ive ever had about my bill and my service when Ive had a problem my phone it has always been addressed and fixed without question to my satisfaction
