Went to the store off of College Dr and had a horrible experience with the sales rep there. I love Verizon but just like any sales company the reps can be misleading at some stores. FYI.....this is not the case at the Walker Store! My sales rep was Jordan and she was probably the best rep Ive have the chance to deal with in all my years of dealing with cell phone company reps, including ATT. I had a very unique situation that required some thought, creativity, and a rep that cared about their customer and Jordan was just that. Professional, patient, courteous are just a few words I can think of to describe both Jordan and her manager. I will definitely go back to this store in the future!

The place is nice but people dont know what they doing. Went to go get new service and was gonna buy a new iPhone well unfortunately they didnt have color so I went to the other store Juban crossing and he says you dont have to buy new phone that I had to call my provider and get phone unlocked. Im glad I went cause I wouldve been out 700.00 for a new phone when I didnt need one. The person that help us act like they didnt like their job. Ill never walk back in that place again.

Switched from AT&T to Verizon at this store threw Aaron. He just told us what we wanted to hear just to make a sale. When I tried to get the issue straightened out I called multiple times and was ran around in circles for months. Multiple times I was told I was going to be called back and never got a call back. Talked to him on the phone the last time and he got a aditude with me on the phone. It was very unprofessional! Will not be going back to this store again.

My wife ordered a phone for me from the Verizon website and it immediately had issues when I got it in. I spent a few hours on the phone with Verizon when I decided I would just come into the Walker store for assistance. It took the sales rep there Joseph 5 minutes to correct my issue and help me get the phone running properly. I will be coming to this store from now for anything further with Verizon. Ended up getting a case as well because they were so helpful!!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Inept, rude, inexperienced, uncaring and completely clueless regarding customer service. Save yourself time and go to another retailer....anywhere. My husband went in there today and the female agent that was on duty not only wasnt helpful in the slightest, she wouldnt even let him finish a sentence. I would love to know who the OWNER is so that I could discuss this further with him/her.

I ordered a phone online and went to the Seigen store to ask some questions about changing things on my account but I couldnt get any help!! Came over to the Walker store and was assister by Joseph. I ended up cancelling my order and just got the phone from the store here. He was so helpful and answered all of our questions while getting everything we needed done. Way easier than trying to figure this all out on my own.

We came into Verizon to get assistance with setting up our new phones we ordered with Verizon. We needed help with technical questions and transferring information. Brandon and Joseph assisted us with everything we needed and answered all of our questions. He even got my bill lower than the rep over the phone!! Thanks for the great service.

It was a great. Jordan Taylor is a outstanding salesperson. She has the abilities to handle and take care my account with 100% professional service. Makes recorded high pressure sales calls when contract is coming to an end. I certainly wont be going here now for my next upgrade. I do not like companies that interrupt my work day to tell me Im on a recorded phone call and trying to get me to buy something.

What a great store! I came in ten minutes before close to activate a new phone. Ashton was so great, he stayed 20 minutes after close to make sure everything on my phone was working.....and he lowered my bill by $40!
