I had a very good experience at Momentum. I came in just to look at bikes with no real intention of buying anything. Despite the lack of potential sale they still took the time to talk to me about the bikes and answer any and all questions I had. With the information I had received I did end up buying a bike and they made it simple. I enjoy biking but would not consider myself an avid biker, so finding a bike shop where everyone is helpful and doesnt have that bike shop scent of arrogance (I think some people know what I mean) was real refreshing.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. My family and I will not be back to any of the Momentum Cycle stores. My husband has been in the store in O’Fallon twice this past month now and each time was given the wrong part and to top it off not given back the difference in price. Each time the difference was not a lot but a few dollars each time adds up especially if this is a habit or store policy. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

We ordered a bike from them. We were told it would be in and ready to go. However, it wasnt ready and in fact was going to be several days later. So knowing we had a trip and needed a bike they pulled out a brand new bike that is a newer model and told me to take it, no questions asked! Phenomenal customer service! These guys rock!

Had a bike fit from one of their certified bike fit experts and found it made a big change in how the bike handled and a lot less lower back pain on long road rides. I usually wrench my own bike, but if something still doesnt work they can fix it without being a bike snob about it.

This was the worst experience dealing with ANY on customer service and he was the owner and manager of the store. Even said BBB that it ripped off people. The manger of the store was very rude and disrespectful I would not recommend this store to anyone
