Love their customer service and bike knowledge. Cant tell you how many times Ive gone in for what I thought was a catistrophic problem only for them to fix my simple mistake with a smile, explain what they are doing to help teach about my bike, and do it all without charging a dime. That said, when money is necessary, their prices are competitive and if its a bit more than Amazon for a bike light, thats ok with me because Id rather support someone I know has a passion for their work.

I recently started biking for triathlons and was delighted to find Madison and Davis was a Trek dealer. I have purchased all my bikes from them since I was a child growing up in Quincy. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly just as I remembered they were when I was young. Though I no longer live in Quincy, the drive to see them and get my gear is well worth it.
