Wow this place was a joke. The guy running the place even bigger jerk I mean joke ha. He was very ignorant to my children and myself and would NOT get off the phone so we could buy anything. Finally after he snapped the 4th time I told my kids and friend to throw everything down and get out. He lost a $300 sale over a phone call and a really ignorant attitude. Never go there. Just walk a block and go to the scotch-irish store its bigger better and a lot nicer people. Do not go here ever.

This is a nice shop. It is located on a street with other neat little shops. This store fits right in, while offering a range of English treats. There is a nice range of sweats, tea, and other food items. In addition, there are other British themed gifts. The staff were really nice, and the prices for the food items were better than expected. All in all, I would suggest it to anyone looking to bring a little of the British Isles home.

More of a gift shop than anything. Dismal selection of sweets (selection consisted of Bournemouth, Mars, and Milky) and crisps (only had Twiglets, no Walkers or Tayto were available), they claimed to have fizzy drinks available in a fridge but the fridge was nowhere to be found. They do have an extraordinary selection of British themed gifts, including kilt accessories which is a nice touch.

We visited this shop on a recent weekend trip to St. Charles. They have a wonderful assortment of tea cups, pots, tea and lots of other goodies. The lady who waited on us was delightful and had the most wonderful Brittish accent. She was helpful and friendly even though they were crowded, and took her time showing us things. This shop will definitely be on my "visit again" list!

Shop keeper arrived late, but we thought we were lucky that we hadnt left by the time he arrived. Our mistake, he locked us out and then verbally attacked us when we knocked on the door, thinking he didnt know he had customers standing outside in the cold. Stunned at the attack, we left without ever going into the shop. Dont bother with the abuse, buy online.

Has everything that an Anglophile needs/wants. Dont expect to pay discount prices, but for what you do buy, prices are comparable to other import food and trinket specialty stores. The location is in the lovely historic portion of downtown St. Charles, MO.

Really cute little shop. Packed with English goodies like snacks, candies, teas, and even a Dr. Who section. They also have lovely teapots and birdhouses. Its really unique and fun spot to browse.

Lovely place! Been coming here for years for candy (Fruit Pastilles and Crunchies are my favorite) and other knick knacks. Good people and a fantastic new storefront.
