Friday night, party of 4 adults, 5 children (ages 7-1) arrived at approx. 8:15pm. Got a table quickly, (no kids menus) however that was the last quick thing we saw --- Our waiter was VERY NICE --- probably the only thing that saved us from leaving to be honest! Drinks finally got ordered...and came within 10 minutes Took another 15 for us get our order taken. We asked for some biscuits for the kids because they were starving...and they arrived (10 minutes). After a wait of another 10 minutes, our waiter returned to tell us they were out of fries...other sides were selected. Another 5 minutes, again our waiter returned - out of the Friday Fish...other entree selected. FOOD FINALLY COMES OUT --- one child (age 7) ordered the scrambled eggs and biscuit meal ---- WE ARE OUT OF BISCUITS - would corn bread work? Her response is "no way, I hate corn bread!" remember she is 7! The meal that started out as Friday Fish with fries and green beans -- was reordered (remember - above) for a burger instead of fish and the fried okra for the fries --- but was received as burger, okra, and COLE SLAW -- where did the green beans go? Corn bread finally arrived approx 5 minutes after all food was served. We found our own ketchup (for a 7 yr olds shrimp) on another table... STILL NO BISCUIT FOR THE SCRAMBLED EGG MEAL---- By this time, approx 9:15, everyone just wanted to eat.... Manager came to table twice, he knew things were not right... but never offered any type of compensation for all of this. As we were leaving - 9:40-ish guess what we see coming out of the back (but not to our table) --- you guessed it, BISCUITS! ugh.... --- We love CB.... we eat there regularly all over Missouri- Branson, Columbia, St. Roberts, but unfortunately, this will not be one of your locations we will going back to anytime soon.

Probably the worst food and service ever at a Cracker Barrel. Had to request a different server after the first was rude and rushing us even though it was an hour and a half before closing. When asked if they were out of anything we were told absolutely nothing, then when ordering we found that many items were not available. When this was brought to management the manager offered complimentary dessert. Unfortunately, it was neither offered at the end of the meal, nor was anything else said. Upon checkout, I again mentioned the poor service, dry, tasteless food, and management response I was assured the GM would contact me; that along never happened. I would highly recommend you avoid this restaurant.

Not sure whats going on at this place. We eat here almost every Sunday because its close and we eat breakfast out on the weekend. We were there this past Sunday and we did not see one staff member we had ever seen before. Where did every body go? The turnover must be unbelievable. We ordered two regular normal breakfasts, nothing unusual. My husband never got a coffee refill. Our biscuits never showed up even though we asked for them twice. I ordered eggs over easy and got scrambled. My husband ordered turkey bacon and got sausage patties. We didnt complain because we wanted to eat...something and get on with our day. Again, I dont get it. There is a problem but its getting worse not better.

Es un lugar que me encanta porque se puede comer comida con gusto a "hecha en casa" en un ambiente rural en la ciudad. Aunque no queda cerca de los lugares donde nos hospedamos, cada vez que viajamos tenemos nuestra cita con Cracker Barrel. Muy lindo y amplio "gift shop" y la atención es siempre buena.

The hostess was friendly upon arriving at this restaurant, but that is about where the good experience ended. Our waiter was just not the friendly or helpful type and he was slow and inattentive. Our food took about 45 minutes to get to us. It was about 7:30pm when we ordered, and after our food came I was told that they were out of blueberry muffins, which I ordered. If theyre going to serve breakfast all day shouldnt they have themselves stocked up enough to do that? The food was alright, nothing stellar. Definitely not the best experience Ive had at Cracker Barrel.

Cracker Barrel....what can I say..at this location the and at most of the location I have visited the food is always as good as the memories of past visits. Most of the people I eat with long for the home style fried chicken, or the roast beef plate with all the comfort food side dishes. But for me it is the fish. I absolutely love the trout. It is always cooked perfectly, flakey white meat, and seasoned just right. So the next time you are there give it a try.

Server couldnt seem to get the order right. Bringing the wrong one three times. Main course cold. Sides got but had tasting. Instead of remaking fresh main course, they microwaved it. Fish. Then tried to tell me it was fresh, even though the one bite I had taken, showed it was the same. No apologies by management or server. The visit resulted in painful food poisoning. I used to love Cracker Barrel. Now, I will never go back.

Walk in and everyone is greeting us with smiles and hellos through the gift shop, host stand, and at our table. Place is so friendly! :) our server was awesome, she made sure we.always had full drinks and we were well taken care of. I love this place. Cant go wrong with a grilled catfish dinner and a side of dumplins, mmmmmm :) its a plus theres so many on the highways on long trips, always feel at home.

The hostess Destiny was so terrible, we were waiting forever! And when she finally came I politely asked why the wait and she had an awful attitude to me. She was also rude to this other girl worker there who was super nice. She walked away from that employee when she asked for help seating. I have never been treated so badly at a Cracker Barrel in my life...

HORRIBLE!! TOOK OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR MY SUPPER!! Had to get it to go, because after that long I was pressed for time, after I did and I got to my hotel to eat it, the order was wrong. CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR THE MEAL. (others did get a free meal that had also had the same experience that night, but not myself) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The food was what you expect from Cracker Barrel, it was good. I dont know if the waitress was new... She didnt quite seem to know what to do, and gave us some wrong information. But she was sweet and was trying. And when she forgot one of our plates, the manager brought it out himself to apologize, so in the end it was all good.

Absolutely horrible. Ive had better breakfasts at hospitals. Not only was the food poor, service was as well. I asked for chocolate milk. My waitress brought me a glass & 2 pints of Prairie Farms. Ridiculous. This is the 2nd location that has been sub par. You can count 2 patrons who will never return to any location.

Good food. Service was the worst I have ever had hands down at any Cracker Barrel. Over an hour for 2 of the 5 meals ordered at our table. Saw 23 people (6 tables) receive there food and drinks before we received our first two meals. I strongly recommend this place if a lengthy wait is what you want.
