Barely adequate at best. The food is subpar and the service is terrible. We were the second table seated after opening. We then waited 10 minutes for menus and another 30 minutes for our food. After finishing our meal, we had to wait 25 minutes to be asked if we wanted dessert. The potato soup was canned soup served lukewarm. The quiche was the only thing that might have been house-made. It was supposed to be spinach-artichoke, but it had just a few spinach leaves on top and no artichoke at all. On top of that, it was room temperature, soggy and mushy. The side salad was merely huge pieces of lettuce with bagged shredded cheese thrown on top. The croissants were also store bought. I asked about the house dressing and was told its creamy ranch mixed with Italian. Theres nothing special about the food here, its the same thing I could buy at the grocery store. The decor is dusty and the paint is chipped everywhere. The place has a sad, dumpy appearance with pre-made food, not what I want in a tea house.

I took my mother for a late Valentines lunch. We both had a truly wonderful experience. Even though its set in an old historical house they made great use of the space. The decorations and gift shop are adorable. The food was surprisingly good (hot potato and cold strawberry soup were to die for). We leisurely sat for at least 2 hours without being rushed out, which made the experience even nicer. Kate waited on us she was warm and attentive. We will definitely be regular customers!! we want soup to go

Nice location, rich in history. The decor was a bit tired and dirty - dust riddled the ceiling fans and faux flowers that seemed to be displayed everywhere; and the painted surfaces were chipping. The food wasnt fresh (chicken salad tasted like it was out of a can, the quiche was soggy and the fruit was mealy). Their interpretation of hi tea was very different than mine, but the staff was very attentive and accommodating. Im glad I had the experience, but I wont be going back.

My wife held her sisters baby shower here and the entire party got food poisoning. Some members of the party even got tested by the health department and if was found that they had gotten food poisoning. The owner was suppose to return our phone call weeks ago when she reviewed the findings. Which we already knew the answer too. We spent over 400 dollars for this party and everyone ended up sick. No refund, or I am sorry. Take your chances here.

This place is charming. Its classy, but relaxed and the food is amazing. Mostly, we have done Hi-Tea. I expected to, and perhaps there are outside of Hi-Tea, but I didnt find there to be many exotic options (cardamom, jasmine, etc.). Still, the tea is good, with great presentation. The fact that they have a dress-up and play room upstairs for little patrons is great.

GREAT place to sit down, relax, and have tea. They have cute boutique like items to buy, too. But my favorite thing having a young daughter is the dress up room up stairs! GREAT place to take my daughter for a fun day of tea and girl time!

I love this tea house! The food is fantastic, decor is adorable, and the staff is very friendly. Only downside is that they dont have a huge selection of teas, but its a small independent tea house and what they do have is delicious!

Lovely little place with great decor and atmosphere. Amazing service and decent variety. They keep bringing a hot teapot of water every time you run out so it easy to drink upwards of 6 cups in a sitting.

The staff was very attentive. I had quiche, side salad, and potatoe soup for lunch and a cold strawberry soup for dessert. Everything tasted delicious! Also worth mentioning, the place is adorable!

Its a great place to remember, the old civilization customs like being a lady. Or having tea together without staring at your smartphone.
