It USED to be a good store to shop for home decorations, clothes,or shoes.I have really been disappointed recently, though. The staff have never been the friendliest outfit around and the lines there have always been kind of long and slow, however the week before Christmas I was in the packed store,and there was ONE line that literally stretched to the back of the store.When I asked the young female employee who was just standing there and could easily have gotten on a register if they hadnt had plenty of time to staff appropriately for the holiday rush and prevented this she flippantly said that they do this (to customers) every Christmas season.Guess that was supposed to make it okay.I then told her that she had just lost a long-time, fairly lucrative customer.Their employee smarted off to me again.Finally when I contacted corporate, thinking that they would want to know considering the amount of marketing that they do,I wasnt even acknowledged. Something is VERY wrong.Either they believe that they are Gods gift to shopping and customers will tolerate any amount of abuse from them, or they are trying to follow in the footsteps of Sears and Kmart.

It was a very bad experience we went in to shop for school clothing for the girls and put all the clothes on the counter and they told us that they no longer provide layaway so we had to only by three outfits and that was that I think taking away layaway was a very bad choice a lot of people cant afford to buy all them clothes at one time and I think they should give people the opportunity to be able to do that so the kids have the opportunity to look presentable in school OnStar

WHY IS THIS PLACE SO UNORGANIZED. Very frustrating ive been here 3 times in the past year and it looks different every time. I FINALLY found a store clerk back in the fitting rooms asking where womens business wear is and she point and said next to the registers, i know they USED to be there but not anymore. So i gave up and left. Seriously they need to actually care a little bit about how their store looks. Instead of spreading everything out in random spots.

Just visited this store for the first time in about one year its definitely changed a lot , quality of clothing is poor , a lot of out of season sports gear , over priced shoe dept for low quality brands , although they have a wide variety of fragrance for men and women lots of name brands from low to high end , all at very affordable prices , wide variety of home decor also affordable pricing. So clothing bad , House wares good.

Its refreshing each time I go in there. They are always changing up not just the inventory but the store layout. Makes it a pain in the butt sometimes, especially if you know what it is you are looking for. At the same time though, you find things that you might not of found as well while looking for the thing you originally were looking for. So overall pretty cool.

My family and I were in there on Sunday and were treated like criminals...we had two under cover security workers that followed us the entire time we were there. My youngest son fell on the shelving units that were on the floor in the toy department and they didnt even ask if he was ok...I was so upset and still waiting for a phone call from corporate.

This is a amazing store to shop at. They have name brand clothes and other items. Its alot cheaper than other stores, all different sizes, and everything you could possibly need. Amazing prices and so easy to find. I love shopping here and at discounted prices and not have to go to the mall. It all under one roof.

I recently purchased an $85 comforter set. I could tell the bag had been opened but everything seemed to be there. Once I got home and opened it there were (no kidding) EIGHT cigarette burn holes, numerous stains and the whole set reeked of smoke. Once I return this I will NOT be giving gordmans any of my business.

Discount store with ever-changing inventory. Clothes, accessories and shoes for men, women and children, furniture, home decor, childrens books and toys, kitchen utensils, and a small selection of nonperishable foods. Oh, the savings! Coupons given at every visit! Sometimes the staff is moody though.

The clothes are a little hectic, and crammed into the store really tight. Its obnoxious to walk through aisles by yourself, and impossible to do so with a cart. I feel like Im constantly knocking clothes off the racks or getting my purse caught on hangers. Too claustrophobic.

Love this store, has great jeans and reasonable sales prices. The one in South Central Springfield on S.Campbell is next to a WalMarts SuperCenter. Love u can shop online.★ Has a lot of discounts if you sign up for emails or texts.

I like this store except for their customer service sucks. Went in to exchange a shirt...just exchange...was told after I go get the shirt I have to go back and wait in a line of now ten people for a simple exchange.... Not happy!

I had a terrible experience. Waited in line for at least 10 min and ended up putting all my merchandise back on the shelve and walked out. Only 2 registers open and at least 10 people In line. Very irritated.

Love this place. I recently moved to Missouri and decorating my place is easy because of this place. And its reasonably priced, good flow of shopping, and the staff is very helpful. Ill definitely be back.

This is an interesting store to look around through. Im not sure but I think they have some higher priced things and some lower priced things but they definitely have a lot of cool stuff to look at!

awesome discount store with name brands they have everything like big lots but better quality stuff huge selection
