I had a very satisfying , expeditious and inexpensive shopping experience several months ago while in a dead run "LITERALLY" late leaving town for an annual international business convention. I needed a proper fitting ensemble in which to receive a prestigious award. I had NO time and a very limited budget considering the travel and expenses , yet, within minutes of arrival, I easily located a suit coat, matching pants , textured looking sleek shirt and awesome tie to match , ALL WITHIN A 4×10 section of the mens dept. Clearance items or VERY reasonably priced. I added a belt and made out the door for 150.00 in LESS THAN 10min. So... today I took my son there after shopping and being very dissatisfied from the mall stores "big and small" all the way to down to wal mart "not by my choice I must add" being dragged about try trying to find a stunning suit for my 16yr. old I INSISTED we try Target. Perfect once again. Thank you for offering great dress clothes at fair prices. 130.00 today no belt.

I was at Target in south Springfield, and found about 7 items I wanted to purchase. I got up to the register when I realized Id forgot my wallet. It was about 10pm, so I asked the cashier how late they were open so I could run to get my wallet and then come back to purchase my items. He stated they closed at midnight. I asked if my items could be held since I would be coming straight back. He stated they could hold them as he printed, what I assume was a suspended or held receipt. Upon returning to the store I asked a manger about the items the cashier had set aside. Another cashier stated the items had been taken to guest services. At that point I followed the manager to guest services where I was told my items had been restocked. I was gone for about 35 minutes and apparently was lied to about their ability to leave 7 items untouched. I dont understand why I would be told my items could be held and then within less than an hour they were restocked as if never set aside!

I ordered a TV and Blu ray that Target had advertised for Christmas. They sent the TV that I ordered and did not send the Blu ray. They told me that they have to ship together. So they made me go to the store to take it back and get a refund- a 15 mile trip one way. Once at the store they refused to take it back and then printed me a UPS label and had me take it to a UPS drop off! They have tied up my credit card up for Three weeks. I would of waited as long as it took for the Blu ray player but they said no way and sent me on this trip to give them back the TV I ordered. I have sent 9 emails and not one return from Target! The cashier at the store gave me 3- 3 dollar coupons for my trouble. So I did not get the product they advertised. I got sent on a 30 mile trip with two stops. I got my credit card tied up for three weeks.And I have no TV. Thanks for sending me a problem! This story is 100% true. I still can not believe that Target has not contacted me.

Horrible exchange policy. I registered here and my grandma had thought she gotten me an item that I wanted but the store associate that was helping her grab a different one and she thought nothing of it. Why would she? The associate told her that it was right. So I finally got this gift and it wasnt what I wanted. I go to return it for the correct one on the registry but because I didnt have a gift receipt they could only do 50% store credit. They could only do the 50% because thats the lowest it sold for. They could only fix the mistake they caused by 50%. Lesson I learned never do a registry here. Hell I will never shop here again. But a Helpful hint you can price match Targets own prices to 50%. Thats what they will give you if you try to exchange and say its worth.

Not a good place to order online and send to store to pick up as they send orders back on 48 hours. Target will not work with you either. They delayed my order for a couple days until it was a holiday weekend and we were out of town. If it had come on the date I was told originally I could have gotten it! I explained this to a female customer service rep at the Springfield MO on Primrose and she wouldnt even let me finish my sentence and said NO! She couldnt even tell me if had been sent back yet and was very short and rude. Customer service does not exist at Target stores anymore! I used to love Target but now I know the customers dont matter to then Very unhappy Target Customer

Dont go here for phones. Ignore all their deals and dont do it. You can get so many better deals through Best Buy. It may just be the [single] cellphone salesman here that didnt know anything, but my goodness he was not helpful. He was 15 minutes late getting back from his lunch, lost focus many times when talking to us, and didnt tell us the deal that we cam in for didnt apply to us. Very upsetting waste of 2 hours. That being said, everything else about Target is great. Usually would get 4 stars, but the cellphone experience soiled us on the whole thing.

I placed an order online for pickup at the store. I received an email approximately 3 hours later saying my order was ready. The next day I picked it up at the front booth. I was asked for a picture ID, then asked if the product was correct and if I was happy with it. I then signed for the package and was told that the sticker on the item counts as my receipt so I can continue to shop if I wanted to. Total time in line & at booth, 3 minutes 16 seconds. (I timed it). Great customer service in my humble opinion.

A few years ago, I asked them about a special needs cart and a family restroom with a large changing pad for bigger children still in diapers. They responded by getting a special needs cart and allowing us to change the special needs children in the dressing rooms in order to avoid the yucky floor in the bathrooms. They are very receptive of what the special needs community needs, to the point that we go to Target instead of their competitors. Their cartwheel app is just the icing on the cake.

I went in there last night (01/12/2016) just to return an item and hopped into line behind 4 other people. There was 1 gentleman at the Customer Service desk. As I was waiting, 3-4 other people came in line behind me. In just about a minute, 3 more Customer Service agents came over to assist in the returns and the line was gone in just a few minutes. I was astonished. You hardly ever see that superb of customer service. Target Springfield, MO....I applaud you!

Most if the time target is easy to get in and out of. Target has a lot of different options for food. Just not many brands to choose from of that food item. Some people say it more expensive than Walmart, its really not that much higher. They have the redcard that you can save 5% on and cartwheel app that you search to see if there is a discount on the item your buying, plus digital coupons. I do wish that price matching was a lot easier.
