Ive been going to this QT for over 3 years. There is one employee inparticular that is rude to me, every time I go there. I buy gas, Gatorade, pretzels, etc, and tonight apparently they got a new debit card swipe machine. I went to hand him my card, and he said "read the the sign!!" (Very rudely). I was caught off guard by the rudeness. Paid my transaction and said, "I will never come here again". And I wont. I think he may be a manger, but his name is Tyson. He disrespected me for the last time. I will spend my money at the Phillips 66 just up the road from now on. Sorry QT. He has to go because he is losing customers for you because of his rude attitude.

Ive never encountered an "unpolite" person here. This is a busy QT and they see a lot of people. I will add that I have more issues with their gas pumps here than any other place. They tend not to cooperate on all but one of my vehicles and I dont have that issue anywhere else. The facilities are always clean. There are usually Lake St. Louis or OFallon Police here at some point so it doesnt feel unsafe.

Will go anywhere else. I mean, Really- how hard is it to just be polite? I get fast and efficient, but sometimes being a human being instead of a Robot is more preferred. Maybe that is how QT prefers there employees, however it is not winning them this customer I will tell you that. I am 34 years old and I really want to know when and why Rudeness has become acceptable everywhere.

Quick Trips are the best gas stations around. They are always clean, the employees are American and actually seem like they like there jobs, and there is not one out there w/ less than 12 pumps!
