AVOID THESE STORES !!! Especially the #25 location. Extremely overpriced, terrible service, the store was filthy and the manager Bill at the store on Port Vincent is a buffoon, and the dental hygiene of JR and Martha totally put me off my appetite. do they not have toothbrushes out there or something ? its enough to make a person start a go fund me account to pay the have the blackened nubs the call teeth yanked from their narrow little heads and replace them with dentures. Ive never encountered such a backwards group of stereotypical river rat Louisiana rednecks in my entire time on Louisiana. congratulations. if one were to nuke them back to the stone sge, it would be an evolutionary leap forward for these, backwards, inbred, rotten mouthed idiots. its as if the corporate office wanted assemble a crew of the most intellectually inferior and socially inept people they could find. if thats the case then job well done.

Very disappointed in the service and the quality of food severed. To start customers sitting next to us got up and left do to poor service and their food was cold .very few customers in the resturant at the time , between 8-830 pm.three choices of sides were not available said they ran out after we had place our order 3 times .food was Luke warm at best.quality of food was very poor .nothing like it used to be . Havent been to cracker barrel in a while , but it has changed compared to last visit.no more home cookin. tasted like it was straight out of the can.would highly not recommend baton rouge cracker barrel.

My husband ordered the hamburger steak medium It came out extremely well done and dry. Sent it back. Waited another half hour. The 2nd one arrived as we were leaving. Same condition as the first. Declined it again and left

Ive lived close to this store for 3 years. The service is beyond poor. If there was a closer store Id never go back. Dont go there. I dont know how they stay open with the people that work there.
