As a "Single Female & Mother", Ive gone to the Nkc Autozone location several times for various minor issues - The staff there is more than helpful (looking in the computers to be sure they are getting me the correct lightbulb, or giving me choices for brakes, etc...) This place is awesome. Ive been to "Other" automotive stores, and they either seem too busy, or just not knowledgeable to help - Ive even had to take parts back once or twice to get the right ones. Not at Autozone - they even changed my taillight for me. And, they didnt talk down to me (as some places do when they are speaking with a woman) - They treated me with kindness and respect, and assisted me with total professionalism. "Hats" off to your staff - Keep up the good work, and Ill see you again soon Im sure. Belinda in Gladstone, MO

By far the most horrible customer service ever. Employee gets an attitude because I returned an unused part back to them without a box. Then puts it down as damaged because of no box... Just take the part and dont ask any questions. It obviously shows no signs of being installed which in turn as your companies return policy states I should be refunded at full price. My apologies for not bringing the small box it came in back to you. Last time ill do business at this location.

As a single female and grandmother, was headed out of town for the weekend and one of my headlights and blinker went out at the same time. I took my car to the Auto Zone on North Oak, KCMO 64155 and was treated like a queen! The manager himself, Jeff, changed out both. The cost was minimal, and the service - spectacular! So very thankful for Auto Zone at this location. Jeff and his team will certainly treat you right!

They use to have a manager here that knew a little bit but I assume they moved him to a different store. Trying to get a part warrantied is like pulling teeth. You practily have to tell them to look up when you bought the part its not something theyre will to just do. They always are frustrated when you ask them to look up the history of your purchase.

Manager Thomas went well above and beyond the extra mile when changing out my battery, and everyone here is willing to share their knowledge if it can help. This Auto Zone location is now my go-to Auto parts store. I definitely prefer it much over Avance Auto now.

Staff for the most part was nice. They did the free battery and alternator check and told me my battery was bad and I needed to go to where I got it from. Went to where I got it from and it was actually my alternator that was bad.

A bolt fell off my idler pulley (guess I didnt tighten it enough). I heard it happen enroute from Omaha ro Orlando. In less than 30 mins they had me back on the road. Sooo appreciative!
