Start off with, "I love standing around waiting to be helped when two people are standing at computers doing what Im sure is something important, and wont even acknowledge Im there..." that said: When you have to deal with the lack of customer care that you get from a person that clearly doesnt care about such things it makes it tough to visit a store. When asked 2 or 4 wheel drive about my vehicle when I was trying to get a blinker bulb number for purchase, I responded rear wheel.... I was told that doesnt matter and that he had to know 2 or 4.... Some may not get this little bit of frustration but the point here is a rear wheel vehicle is 2 wheel drive and it also has NO BEARING on the type of blinker bulb. Im sure Ill be back as someone with this level of job skill probably wont be there long anyway.

My husband and I bought a car today and it had some issues. One of the issues was the brake lights did not work. We stopped by this Auto Zone to see if anyone knew about the issue. One of the employees (I didnt catch his name, sorry!) came out and basically nailed it. He figured out and fixed what was wrong pretty quickly. It was a couple of minor fixes, but we had no idea about those issues. Were very thankful for this man and his knowledge. If you read this (you know who you are!) THANK YOU SO MUCH! and tell your manager I said you need a raise :D

U r my angel for being very nice and helpful even with all the commotion of the power being out and the store being busy, still helped me fix my car. I so much appreciate u. The people here are always very friendly and helpful with good prices on most parts. You can also go to their website to look around then order for pickup in store. Not all parts will be in stock but most can be delivered to the store by the next day.

Very poor customer service. My fiancé and I needed help looking for a bulb, and after waiting up front for a long time, no one helped us. Very disappointed. We left to find better service elsewhere. Id give 0 stars if possible.
