I was driving from Kansas to Texas and my car died. The woman who took care of me was amazing! She was very helpful, personable, and knew what she was doing. Literally, MAYBE ten minutes for the whole visit. She checked it with the diagnostic device and rang me up, paid, and installed so quickly! What I thought was going to be at least an hour delay on my trip back was SOOO fast. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! Thanks Auto Zone and thank you to the woman who helped (sorry i dont remember her name).

I brought a can of tire shine for the second time. It is clearly defective. The top keeps popping off and will not spray anything out. I was told nothing they can do about it. LOUSEY product and customer service.
