well they lost my business, My husband needed me to call in some parts for him to pick up on his way home. Decided to call them over the major chains and give it a try out. I have a 2015 kia soul, He asked me to hold on, then asked me the make… Kia.. A what? I dont know what that is.. A KIA SOUL. K.I.A S.o.u.l. please hold. Oh ok yea what is the model? soul. no model..A rio? a Sorento .. SOUL! oh ok hold on…. 15 minutes into our call. um my computer is down and we arent up to date on "stuff" so give me a call in 15 minutes from now and we will see if it is up.
