Staff might be nice or even friendly but first they need to at least answer their phones and that goes for their corporate office as well. It is not very business ike to keep hanging upnon customers, especially when you read on the website as to how helpful they are suppose to be but how can they when they ignore customers and continuously hang up. Very disappointed.
