Was going to go to Walmart to buy new halogen lamps, but saw this store instead. Went inside and got new lamps for less than I expected to pay at Walmart, and they even installed them for free. If I ever need auto parts in Ames I will go here again.

They are awesome. They have a lot of free services such as free battery test, free check engine test and what helped me a lot that they have a free alternator test

Stopped in here during a family trip when a wiper blade failed. The very knowledgeable staff got me back on the road quickly and even installed the blade for me.

They dont have a lot of things in stock when needed unlike the other stores in the Des Moines area where they have more to choose from and are in stock.
