I have had some good luck here before but today was a different story. I was ignored by an older employee with white hair and glasses while he talked to a co worker in back. He was forced to come up front for a phone call when he asked if he could help me. When I asked for a code reading on my truck he refused to help or look up the codes. Told me he doesnt read codes. That I can go home and look it up myself. Appalled with the lack of respect and help I received for being a frequent paying customer. I will never be here again I would much rather take my business to OReilly.

Went to this main warehouse location on a Sunday to get an air conditioner blower motor that no local parts store had in stock. The location is kind of in a sketchy area. Giant warehouse that has almost everything. Surprisingly the guy at the register checked me out and said it would be under 5 minutes for it to be brought up from the warehouse and he was right.

These guys! I go in for spark plugs and they sell me a bucket and give me 20% off everything that fit inside the bucket. Geez... now Im stuck with all these new parts and tools and other fun little goodies and a bucket.

It was a long wait in line but there was only one other person in line staff wasnt very helpful, shelves werent stock ,go here only if necessary otherwise i would recommend going else where
