Walgreens is extremely slow in filling prescriptions if you walk in with CIIs. However, this location almost always has my CIIs in stock! Sometimes it is very difficult to find pharmacies that can fill large amounts of certain pain drugs. There are also rules in place that will cause you to forfeit the rest of your prescription (or the entire prescription) if they cannot fill it within 72 hours for CIIs. So it makes a difference if the pharmacy has your medicine in stock or not if you have chronic pain. There are things I do not like in the way that the do business though. Drop off a prescription that isnt covered, tell them you will pay cash if its not -- and come back for it and you will find that they didnt fill it because the insurance wouldnt run through. No phone call to ask if I am willing to pay cash. If they have it you will have to wait upwards of 40 minutes to get it filled there, and there is always the chance that they did have it, but used it to fill the prescription for someone else. I prefer to use other pharmacies, but if I have to use Walgreens this is the one that I go to.

Went to get an inhaler from the 24 hour pharmacy. There were 2 people working. I understand being busy and short staffed...but this woman repeatedly told everyone how busy and overwhelmed she was. She was rude to everyone in line...making you feel like you shouldnt wait for your prescription. Its an inhaler woman. Calm down...take a breath and move forward. Phone was ringing over off the hook. I felt horrible for the pharmacist simply for the way her employee was acting in front of all the customers. Needless to say this woman needs to be taken off of nights.

Staff was very pleasent and very helpful. I was having trouble getting my prescriptions filled because of the quantity and they made sure my medicine was there and ready when it was time for them to be filled. Thank you so much. Very pleased with service.

The lady that is middle eastern is very rude. I have been at this walgreens for two decades and never have I experience poor customer service. Why pay more for rx and get rude service when I can get the meds cheaper at Walmart.
