If I could give them a zero stars I would. My husband and I have been going to this Walgreens for years. Ive never had issues with them until recently. Today I was notified that my pictures were ready via email and I went to pick them up. The clerk, without apologizing, said that they werent ready and would not be ready for another several hours because they had a big order come in before mine and had run out of paper. I would have to come back. I asked why they had emailed me then and she said that theyre system automatically emails you before theyre printed (sounds like a bad idea if these things can happen). This is the second time this has happened with them. Then they call me this evening and tell me that my pictures are ready but they couldnt release them to me until I could prove copyright release from my photographer. When I responded that my photographer had given me the CD without the proof label in the background and had explained that he meant for that to be my release to print them. I also explained that I had printed several wedding photos with them in the past and had never had this issue before. I am also the daughter of a photographer and I know what is considered acceptable proof and what is not. She said that it didnt matter what had happened in the past or who had then printed them (it was her by the way) but I had to have a different copyright release. I then said she could throw the photos out and I would take my business elsewhere. She didnt apologize or sound sorry she just said fine and tried to hang up on me. I tried to then cut in that she may want to consider not alerting customers that their pictures were ready when they were hours behind and she hung up on me. Just a thought Walgreens, there are several other stores on Manchester who provide all of the services that you do, and you should consider practicing your customer service skills if you want to keep yourselves in business.

For years, Ive had problems with the photo service at this location. Its not an exaggeration to say that something has been wrong with my order nearly every time. The only reason I use this service and this location is because it is 24 hour and the closest Walgreens to my home. Todays disappointment is the 4 photo greeting cards I ordered. No envelopes included - and this is not the first time that this has happened. "You can come back & well give them to you." No kidding? Other problems consist of being asked for a "signed release from the photographer" before I could pickup photos that I took with my own camera (!), emails stating my order was ready for pickup but the prints were not even made, prints missing from multiple orders, prints that were not all mine, overnight print orders that were confirmed "ready for pickup" & 6 hours later, theyre still unpacked & laying in a bin, and on and on and on. Those are just a few examples of the lousy service & frustration that this incompetent photo department serves up on a regular basis. Ive contacted the corporate office 2x and was told that theyd make note of my feedback. I was even told that it was at the discretion of the locations photo department whether my own photos required a release. (?) No apologies. Before using this service at this location, make sure that you have absolutely no other option. Chances are, something will be wrong..

Dealing with this Walgreens is my least favorite thing to do, theres maybe one person that works there that is actually enjoyable to talk to or even deal with. The pharmacy staff is consistently rude and slow, Ive been to probably 10 other Walgreens for pharmacy needs and never found one as bad as this one. To be honest, over the past 3 years Ive been coming to this one, Ive yet to have a positive experience. May be time to alter my schedule a bit so that I can go to a different Walgreens.

Didnt know it was customary to follow and harass your customers around the store isles. Never experienced this in my life let alone at this particular location. I frequent this store on my way to work at least 10 times every month. Wont be stopping here any more. Will be calling store manager today

Typical Walgreens but they have a great parking lot to cut through if you want to make a left onto Weidman.
