So...my coffee spilled while I was driving my car because the lid got soo hot for the coffee i t melted. I went back to get a new cup (And a new coffee) and they only replaced what I had given them in my destroyed cup...as if the .00002 cents was going to put this corp giant out of business....rude!

This starbucks place is poor in customer service. I was the only customer there but my order took 10 mins for just 1 espresso and 1 small Frappuccino.

Order a large cappuccino. More than half was froth! Really? Come on! Not the first time that has happened. Employees are nice.
