As a supervisor at Caribou, I was kind of stunned by how some of the workers at this location treated my friend and I. Caribou is about welcoming guests and connecting with them because thats what keeps them coming back. We walked up to order and a woman named Linda put her finger up telling us to wait while she took an order for the drive thru. We waited patiently in line and then she finally asked to take our order. We started saying what we wanted and then she totally cut us off tobring someone in at the drive thru! After the transaction instead of asking if wed like to keep our card she tosses both the gift card and the perks card. I told her one was perks and my friend planned on keeping the other card to upload more money. She digs them back out of the trash and then repeated our order told us to have a nice day(which you could tell wasnt very genuine at all) and started walking away. Before she turned I was asking for my receipt and she completely ignored me, so I had to get it myself. Overall each time Ive come here 90% they are rude and definitely do not follow Caribous commitment to guests.

The coffee and drinks are fine, but their WiFi barely functions. I see a lot of Caribous, but I have all sorts of connectivity and lag issues at this location. I cannot stream any online media (web radio or music) on my PC-based laptop (all streams are being blocked), cannot use my remote desktop software (is blocked) and the connection is so slow that I can hardly get to my e-mail or Youtube. Oh, and Google: this Caribou is NOT in St. Paul. Its in Mounds View, about 25 minutes northwest of St. Paul...

Amazing staff, fast working and a great environment. Ive been here as a regular throughout the school year and this caribou starts my day off right. A few times Ive returned for a sparkling Tea and did my homework here. They are very nice and its a very clean and nice place to be here at any time of day.

very talkative crew. except to customers. after my order not one thing was said to me. could have let me know my drink was finished instead of just setting on the counter and turning around to get back to your conversation . or maybe said thanks for your service.i wont be coming to this location again.

This is my favorite caribou to go to . I used to live in white bear lake & would travel to this caribou . They always make my orders exactly how I like them & the staff is usually very friendly . Occasionally youll get a staff member having an off day , Otheriwse there are no complaints from me !

I love Caribou in general. They have e the tastiest coffee and treats, as well as a cozy atmosphere. I am partial to this Caribou because of the staff! They are so friendly and helpful, and you can tell they care.
