Recently went there for a battery and one staff member was terrible. When I inquired staff member did not seem interested in helping. Staff member ran a test on my battery and said it was bad, "82%" he said. When I asked him what that meant he replied "82% bad... you only got 18% of the battery left".... come to find out later at a different store that would have meant 82% charged, not 82% bad. Asked what battery he would recommend and he punched my make and model in to the computer and said any of these. I noted one said "Group 35" and the current battery was "Group 24F"... staff member was unable to explain the difference. At this point im going through the purchase process and i asked if I needed anything else, I had read some lubricant was recommended. Staff member said I didnt need it; I asked what it did and he responded "you need it when its cold outside"... this is minnesota and its cold outside... continued to make me feel stupid than asked me if it was cold outside... "i said yes it is, so youre telling me i need it?" and he changed his original stance and said "then you need it" -- i was confused and asked if there was someone else who could help me to which he rudely passed me off to someone else at which point I walked out and brought my business elsewhere.

Great, healpful, friendly, and patient staff. Managers and staff at this location rock and go above and beyond to help you solve any issues you are having. This will always be my go-to local parts store. I made the mistake of going to the Richfield OReillys, and had the worse customer service experience of all time!!! Never again! This Autozone deserves the 5 stars Ive given them and I will continue shopping here for many more years to come. They have helped me keep many cars on the road over the years!

Overall I have found the service and staff to be consistently friendly and helpful. Was surprised and impressed to find out recently they rent various tools...or let you use them with just a deposit. Definitely my go to place for oil and parts. Have had similar experiences with the one on Lyndale as well. No reason not to highly recommend based on my experiences over the last couple of years...very pleased.

Friendly enough staff, but they sold me the wrong brake pads, which was seriously inconvenient. Didnt notice until I had my car jacked up and wheels off, plus I had to waste gas driving back here...returned the parts but they made no effort to make up for their mistake, so i wont be back.

I had a bloody good experience at this autozone location. The guy was extremely attractive and proceeded onto giving it to me in the ass! All I could ask for! ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT!

Helpful staff. Typically have all I need, even for my Honda and VW. AutoZone also will read your ODBCII (car computer) diagnostic codes for free.
