Worst purchasing experience of my life. They are crooks here. I bought a brand new mower and it never ran right. After 3 times in the shop in 4 weeks I asked to return it or exchange it for a new one. They said they would credit my card back $50 less than purchase price or charge me $50 more for the same mower. I asked why and there response was "we cant take a loss in a purchase like this." So I bought a mower that would not stay running brand new, never even made it three mowing once, and returned it for $50 less than I paid for it. Worst customer service when you have a problem with something you bought here.

Dont get chainsaw blades sharpened here. I brought in 5 it took 2 hours to do just 4 of them and I still havent gotten my ripping blade back because they didnt know how to sharpen it. I used one of the 4 this past weekend and not only is it about half a blade now but it wasnt even sharp. It was easily twice as sharp after resharpening by hand.

Great service got the same mower as sears but they put it together and brought it to my house. Also took my old mower. The price was the same as sears. Anyone who hates putting things together will love buying a mower here
