I recently purchased a quick cover from the Vidor, Texas location. Not long after I set it up it rained and a pocket of water formed on the canvas which bent and broke the entire product. I couldnt fold it up so I went back to the store to buy a tool to take it apart. The sales associate asked what I was working on and after telling him what happened he said he would be right back. Without me even asking they offered to take the broken one back and give me a new one! Thanks to the manager and the associate really appreciate you standing behind your product and caring about your customers! !:)

Usually friendly & generally knowledgeable staff, brought down only by frequently lacking stock. Always has the bolt or nut you want, but might not have the exact color door handle you desire.
