Bill was very helpful. The glass on the lid in my bread machine had broken. I took the lid apart brought the lid and broken glass to hardware store. Another time I had a broken window. Brought in the broken piece and cut a new piece and it fit perfectly. If you do any handy man items around the house they are great place to get pipe cut and other items for your home.
