This used to be our favorite place for shoes for our daughter. However, this place has really gone downhill in recent months. The last few times we have gone in to purchase shoes, there had such a poor selection of sizes that we left with nothing. I understand that maybe it was a coincidence, although I requested over 15 pairs over several visits and NONE of them were available in her size, which says something. The thing that made me give them a 1/5, and prompted me to write this review for other moms, is that both times they havent had several shoes in her size, they tried to sell me shoes that were clearly too small or too big just to make the sale. That is something that I find completely unacceptable, especially when you are paying 40-60 dollars for toddler/children shoes!

There is only one good employee at Little Feet, and it is the one with red hair. Even the owner, I think her name is Carissa is extremely overbearing and rude. She seemed to be putting on some sort of show when I arrived with my children. She even scolded an employee in front of other customers, and the employee clearly was lost and the manager just seemed to be annoyed rather than helpful. This store has wonderful products, but it definitely needs new management. I had an issue with a shoe and I had a very hard time getting a hold of the manager. I will only go in to that store if the red head is working.

When attempting to buy a rain coat, they would not sell it to me without recording my personal info in their system. When a manager came out she accused me of it not being my card, tantamount to calling me a thief. Made it seem like it was my fault for not wanting a company to record my information. Will never show here again.

What do you dislike about it? Share a tip. This store sells cheap products that do not last. My daughter purchased a pair of shoes from this store and after 4 weeks the insides were worn out to the sole. The store manager said this was normal wear and tear. How can one sell childrens shoes that dont even last a month?

We happened to run across Little Feet Childrens Shoes, when the store we orginal went to was closed. We could not be happier with the staff that works there. they were very Knowledgeable, Understanding, Patient, and Kind! From now on, we will be shopping at Little Feet Childrens Shoes!

I always LOVE going to Little Feet because its local and family owned and you get the old school customer service that has been endangered for so long now! They have an amazing selection, a fantastic return policy and their store isnt cluttered - so nicely organized.

Little Feet has great service. My kids love going there and the employees are very helpful. My kids are really picky but we always find something we like. Little Feet has a variety of shoes to choose from. I highly recommend this store!
