I have went to this lunds for a few things here and there for a few months now. Although the prices are high the service is usually very good. I was in here the other night and the meat department was closed. I REALLY wanted some crab legs so i asked if there was any chance i could get some and the answer was pretty much "no" because nobody was left who was properly trained with meat. I get that.. But a man was able to be found who could help me. Everything was closed and i knew that they didnt serve from there after 9:00 but this guy (bob or rob) was kind enough to help me.. This made my night. I just wanted to let the staff of lunds know how much i appreciated the service from him. Thank you

The produce is nice and they have good specials and deals on high quality products. Free parking in the ramp! The thing I like least is the meat-centric hot bar options. Ive been through other Lunds, where not practically everything has ham or bacon thrown in, or chicken stock. I actually dont go there for lunch anymore unless its from their awesome salad bar. If I wanted a hot meal, Id end up getting something packaged and heat it up back at work.

Its walking distance, so its convenient but prices on Mar and produce are higher here for conventional produce than what I can get organic at Whole Foods. Meat is all precut, most being packaged and previously frozen, and have never been able to get someone to do custom cuts or cut up a whole chicken here. Frequent misprints in ads and what is in the store too, and dine expect anybody to make it right.

Dont forget a bag of groceries here. Youll call when you get home, expecting them to have it, but theyll tell you youre outta luck. The check out person didnt give me all my bags/groceries and I ended up leaving milk, some meat, and an avocado. I expected them to resolve it but they actually just told me I didnt leave anything. Suuuper lame. Totes a bummer.

The checkout process is always so slow. Also, they pack each bag as full as possible and then dont notice the bag is already breaking. They dont double bag anything, even when putting two milk containers and a juice container in the same bag. Weve had bags break and multiple bags have big holes before we ever leave the store.

WORST grocery store set up ever! The ONLY reason I ever stepped foot in this store AGAIN was because of Pacific food website stated this store carried its products. Love Pacific food products! Lunds & Byerlys the WORST grocery store Ive ever been in. Sorry excuse for grocery stores!!!

They have many different types of foods, specializing in the high end market and niches. They have many things the other stores dont, however, you pay for it. Great products, but at a price! Bakery is amazing, salad bar is great. Expensive cheeses that you wont find anywhere else.

We really enjoyed the choices for prepared choices. We had sushi, fried deli food, salad bar, pasta bar, and sandwiches from deli. Each item was very good; I particularly liked the chocolate pudding. But saying this - we paid handsomely. It was quite expensive.

Start with an overpriced grocery store, eliminate a third of the selection you normally expect at a grocery store, and then have it close at midnight rather than just being open since its the only grocery store in the area. Im often disappointed here.

Just spoke with the store manager about these ongoing issues. Her explanation..."its the humidity...been an issue lately". Get it together Lunds. I guess this is the best that "fly over country" has to offer...how I miss living in a real city.

Love Liz in the cheese dept. Love the store layout. Friendly and smiling employees, great customer service! Love the hot bar in the deli and desserts in the bakery! Excellent produce and love the meat in the meat department! Love the wagyu beef!

Beautiful produce fairly priced, wide array of organic & local options, & caring employees willing to answer any & all questions. Worth the stop--my preferred grocery store of all those to choose from in surrounding neighborhoods.

Very good grocery store, with high quality produce, a nice deli, and many good packaged items. Prices are higher than average. Nicely laid out store. Helpful that is has an adjacent pharmacy. Free parking is adequate.

HORRIBLE customer service. I just had to pick my roommate up from Lunds because an employee made her cry. I have worked in retail most of my life and I cannot believe how she was treated. And the prices are too high.

I go here regularly. I love the selection, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and they regularly cycle through their inventory with BOGO or discounts. Its not inexpensive but you wont burn through your income.

Its a decent store. Great deli and cheese sections. The seafood and meat counters are alright. Staff is usually pretty friendly. Just had a recent bad interaction with a manager helping checkout, she was rude.

They have most things you need and its all that is close by if you live in the South part of northeast. Look for deals on things and buy in season produce and you wont overspend like many people claim.

Nice, clean store. Doesnt always have as much selection as suburban locations. Does have good buffet selections. Nice pharmacy, Caribou Coffee, dry cleaner, Big Bowl, flowers. Parking available.

Pricey but convenient little grocery store with basics, produce, and premium ingredients. They have a full salad and hot bar with olive bar. Cheese counter and deli also. Staff is always nice.

The new four pack muffins are freaking amazing!!!Normal portions (i hate overly sized muffins that can feed a bear) so you can eat the muffin and feel satisfied....will never stop buying these!

The store is always in immaculate shape. Im always greeted by an employee within 30 seconds of walking into the store. Whenever theres more than 2 people in line, they open up another lane.

Slightly smaller than most other Lunds & Byerlys locations, it doesnt have quite as much variety - but is very convenient if youre in the area! Their salad bar is great for a work-day lunch.

The prices can seem a little high, but you really are getting what you pay for. Plus the convenience of the location is very nice for the area. Im glad there is something around there.

The checkout area is crowded, the carts are too big for the aisles and I hate the fact they dont have paper bags. This store is a big disappointment and Im glad we have more options.

Traffic and parking can be difficult. Free parking in small ramp behind the grocery store. This store has more options than the downtown location and now it has a BigBowl express!

Clean store, great staff at the grocery store, caribou and pharmacy. I wish they had more room for additional check out lanes because during busy times the lines get very long.

Love the food. But please bring back the 3 compartment trays for lunch. Everyone I talk to hates the decision. My gravy is running into my berries and salad.

Great deli. Grocery is a bit abbreviated, but they should have most of everything you need. Its a little spendy on somethings, but clean and well maintained.
