This morning I stopped into your store to pick up 3 things. When doing so I noticed that Digiorno PAN pizzas were $2 off according to the sign so I grabbed one of those as well. When I got to the register it rang up at full price. I asked how coupons work in the store since I am new to Mankato and Hyvee. The young lady needed to call for a price check. The young man- supervisor at the register next to her (Brett) said call so and so. She did and we stood and waited. After a couple minutes he said well have the "bag boy" (not sure what to call him and mean no disrespect) go look. Since there was a line we closed out my ticket by having me pay full price and then was told to go look. So him and I walked back and he said well the sign that is posted (8 in total) are not hung in front of that pizza. I said but the sign says and he said oh yeah it does. Lets go get your $. We go back to the front and wait for Brett to come over and he says yes she needs a $2 refund. In turn Brett looks at this young man and says well I am going to look for myself and starts explaining to this young man why. In turn, I interrupted and told him to go do it since I am standing here and you told us to go look and now you need to see it for yourself. Dont send the client on a goose chase and waste my time. So he went and looked and came back and told me that the sign may say that but it is not in front of what bought so it didnt apply. At this point I was livid as to how he was speaking to me like I am an idiot and I pointed out the sign says it you need to honor it. He suggested speaking to a product person. So AGAIN we walked back to the freezer section. Out comes a man and he asks him to tell me price does not apply. He said yes it does. Says right there and those are new but it applies. brett walked back to the register and I said why did you send me all around this store. You understand I am the customer and this is now how I should be treated. If he can talk to his subordinates that way and they tolerate it that is hyvee business but why was I treated this way. I can read and you dont know me and even if I couldnt this is not how people should be treated. He had no response, no apology and gave me have a good day. I am so put off by this it has me just furious as to this behaviour and lack of customer service- Hyvee is NOT the only shopping option in Mankato and will NOT be my first choice, especially this location. I would like some feedback.

Is it cliche to say that there a helpful smile in every aisle ... Very clean there produce selection quality is second to none there meat department also hold that distinction reminds me of the old butcher shop days come check them out there prices might not always be the lowest out there but with selection quality an overall good field to the store I will be back and so will you..

WELL, ILL PROB ONLY GO THERE FOR THEIR DELICIOUS CAKES FROM NOW ON.......SAW THEIR DINNER ROLLS WERE ONLY 1. 79 WHEN I STOPPED ON WED. TO ORDER MY NIECES BD CAKE.....WHEN I WENT THERE TODAY TO PICK UP THE CAKE.....THEYD SLAPPED A 2.99 STICKER OVER THE ROLLS I COULD HAVE GOTTEN FOR 1.79 ON WED..... THE VERY SAME ROLLS!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPPED THE PRICE CAUSE ITS WEEKEND???????????????????

I shopped here a lot when I was living in Mankato going to school. A great small Hy-vee that allows you to get in and get out. (Hardly ever had to wait to check out, unlike going to Walmart which could take like 20 min or more it seemed like!) Also remember if you are a student you get a discount on bill! Great prices and nice location!

The lesser of the 2 hyvees in town due to being smaller and older. This is still a great place to shop due to the friendly staff. Bakery is on point as well. Being 24 hour is great for swinging by after the bar to grab a recovery gateraid or a snack for home and the staff are always fun when Im in super late.

Thank you to Jim A in the meat department! I discovered the weight of the roast in my meat bundle was short when I arrived at home. The next day, Jim made sure that I received another roast weighing the correct amount on top of the roast I had already bought. He is a wonderful example of Customer Service.

The floral dept did an AWESOME job! I called from Duluth, mn. The photos I saw from my friend looked just beautiful. They got it delivered the same day and I couldnt have gotten a better price! Wish we had a Hyvee up here. Thank you!

I love the fact that its not super busy like the Hilltop location. Honestly, I personally think the people are nicer, the produce looks better, & the deli/meat/sea food sections are more personable. I prefer to shop this location.

I call this place Low-Vee because its the one at the bottom of the hill. its not bad, its a much older store than the one up on the hill. good prices still and an only slightly smaller selection of stuff. mostly health foods.

Family friendly staff all over and happy to help you love seeing my favorite staff. Pharmacy there nutritionist there. Even has delivery for elderly or disabled.
