Pretty good overall experience. Jeanette was great to work with and if she was the only person I dealt with during the initial purchase I would rate this dealership at 5 stars.Patrick helped answer all my questions about aftermarket parts even though he knew I wasnt going to be exclusively using HD parts. Financing was a joke, the rates offered by HD are insane and no matter how much cash I offered they wouldnt hold on to the bike for 1 night so I could return with a check the next day. Later that week the business manager told me over the phone that there was no way to cancel the gap coverage. After bringing all the paperwork back that week and waiting 45 minutes in the office for him to get a printer setup he told me he didnt know how to cancel it but somehow when i showed him all the paper work that says i have 30 days to cancel for any reason he pulled a book out of his desk that showed him how. I also was offered help from Patrick but he said the business manager was the only one who knew how to do that which I found odd. If you only have one person who can perform all aspects of finance how do you sell any bikes when hes on vacation? After being told my bike would be delivered clean and full of fuel I was pretty frustrated with the whole place when it showed up dusty with a quarter tank. I called Jeanette and she told me she would get it taken care of. I decided to give them one more chance since I only live a couple miles away. I first dealt with Fred in parts who was very knowledgeable and assured me of part fitment, gave me a good price estimate and helped me with any question I had. Amanda was very professional and friendly as she helped me pick out a jacket that fit me and would work well while riding and didnt make any attempt to immediately walk me over to the most expensive jacket that came to mind. Derek and Berkley from the service department brought my bike in and topped it off, they even noticed the rattle I was aware of and took the time to fix it even though every lift in the shop had a bike on it and Im sure they had other things to do. Even after test running my bike they made sure it was topped off. If it wasnt for the sales pressure and the horrible experience with financing I would be there everyday looking to buy a motorcycle for my wife. I will however continue to use this dealership for parts and services I cant do on my own.

Youre in your 20s. Maybe 30s. Maybe youre having a midlife crisis. You get a Harley from here, then you get an orangutan. O.K. this is how it goes. You call this place, you talk to Darren Nichols, you get your bike, done. No need to make that complex. You get an orangutan. Im not talking a little monkey or some dancing chimp bull****, I mean a ****ing orangutan. Dont ask me how youre gonna get a ****ing orangutan, thats not my problem, nor is it Darrens problem. So the orangutans name is Clyde. This is non-negotianable, all orangutans are named Clyde. I dont know why that is, its just how the world works. So you and Clyde become man (and ape) about town. Youre seen everywhere together, you make the scene. You and friends go out in big groups on your Harleys. Clydes chillin on the back of your Harley. You talk loud, you laugh louder. Every time you say something witty you high-five the orangutan. Clyde starts driving your Harley. The town begins to buzz. It gets back to her. "Did you know the guy with the orangutan?", "You used to date the guy with the orangutan?", "Why would you break up with a guy with an orangutan?" Next thing you know shes calling. "Im hoping we can still be friends. Wanna hang out sometime?" "Geez I dunno, me and Clyde were going to go to a monster truck race tonight. (orangutans love monster trucks) In fact the whole social calendar seems kinda full. I tell you what, Ill make a little note (what was your name again?) and maybe I can squeeze you in." "Oh, well you know my number so dont be a stra-" "Hey look at the time! I gotta skate, Clydes making Mojitos." At this point the upper hand is yours. You can let her twist in the wind, you can draw her back into your life at the pace you decide. You can hop on your Harley with Clyde and get any woman you want. Whatever, its your life. But if youre a smart man? You slowly phase her back in. Youre texting. You get invited to family functions. You bring Clyde, he becomes like one of the family. Youre one big Brady Bunch. Then the orangutan steals the Harley and ****s her mother.

Weve purchased three Harleys in the last 4 years. Two from here and one from the other Harley dealer in the TC. I can tell you in dozens of interactions on both sides this is the best one. We actually shopped a third Harley dealership only to receive what I would call the worst sales pitch and lie ever. My wife bought her first bike here and had a phenomenal experience buying a bike solo. The sales team (Jeaneatte) and sales manager (Andy) were very receptive, and considerate as we were looking at trading in two bikes and going down to one. We were not easy customers and we changed our mind 3xs in the process. Patience, and listening to what we really wanted was the key. Then not only did they offer a very fair price on the new bike but we received strong trade in values on our old bikes. When I bought my first bike from the other dealer it was rushed, and uninformed. When we were looking at trading in our bikes another dealer lied and mislead us to try and force an end of month sale. We never felt any pressure what so ever and could have walked away without any guilt trip. They matched our needs and desires as a customer and got us on great bike. Service; again were "high maintenance" customers. We ask a lot of questions, we push for better pricing, etc. Im also not a gear head and while I like my toys, I want to know where my money is going. Every time I call the service dept to get an update on our upgrades Derek has been phenomenal. He educates and informs me, take the time and drops whatever hes doing to have a 15 min conversation and make sure I understand what were doing with the bike. He has researched parts, pricing, etc. We also have gotten two birthday cards recently from our sales rep; those go along way to building customer loyalty. I travel for my work and go to many Harley Dealerships (I have too many t-shirts to prove it). This one is one of the best; not overly retail heavy, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Its got a "small business" feel to it, one "where everyone knows your name". Strongly recommend.

I have been looking for Harleys for a while and had been into twin cities harley 3 times in the last month. This weekend i went to St Paul Harley and checked out there store and inventory. I started to deal with a salesman on a new bike and lets just say they would not budge on the bike pricing and interest rate was high, after 2 hrs in there store i decided to leave and go to twin cities Harley and talk to Nick. I spoke with Nick 4 days prior to this about bikes and what he would recommend giving riding needs and wants. Nick was very helpful and i had a great time talking to him and that is what made me come back after St Paul Harley didnt want to work with me. I walked in the store on Saturday and went straight up to Nick and said lets talk about some bikes, He was very upbeat and was wondering what bike i would like to talk about. I test drove a wide glide and didnt like it compared to the fat bob that i test drove at St Paul Harley. I told Nick i would like to talk numbers on a fat bob and he sat down with me and showed me everything unlike St. Paul Harley which kept me in the dark about my credit score interest rate and overall price of the bike until i called back and asked about my score and interest rate. Twin cities Harley lowered my interest rate by 2% and worked with me for 3 hrs from start to finish with no frustration or lack of interest even though there store had 30 other people in it a one point. I am a first time Harley Davidson owner and loved both Nicks and Craigs attitude and cooperation through it all. Nick also is knowledgeable in his parts and when we went through the bike features. I will be going back to that store as long as Nick,Craig work there because i know they will take care of me! I would like to say thank you to both Nick and Craig for their time and cooperation to get me into my first Harley Davidson!
