Had a terrible experience with them when I bought my motorcycle, and they dont seem to have improved. The experience is wonderful until you hand them the check. At that point they dont care about you, they are already working on the next sale, even if there are unresolved issues with yours. They dropped the ball in all three phases: parts, service and sales. When I bought the bike it included some after market parts that were to be added to seal the deal. I made the mistake of taking the bike home before the parts showed up. Turns out they were for a different model and not even available for the one that I bought. They didnt even make those accessories that fit on my year of bike, even though before the sale the parts guys swore they would fit. It took me multiple visits over two weeks to get them to even return my money for the parts that I couldnt use, they never did offer anything to make up for it. When I initially looked it over before taking it home, I noticed some bad chrome on the oil lines. I showed them to the salesperson and we went back to service to see if they could replace them. The service manager promised me that they would order them that day and I could have them installed when I came back to pick up my accessories. You can probably guess how that went for me. The parts were never ordered, and the manager somehow forgot that we ever discussed it. I ended up calling Yamaha and having the parts sent to another dealer, where I received excellent service. They also had a promotion going on that if you bought an extended warranty and didnt use it, they would refund the full purchase price at the end of the warranty period. The catch is that you have to keep the letter that they send you after the purchase for 5 years in order to claim your refund. No letter, no money. Lost the letter when your house burned down? Too bad. Even though they still have a record of the sale and the warranty agreement, it doesnt matter. We are talking about somewhere around $900, in case you are wondering. Even if you have to pay a little more, buy your bike somewhere else. These guys dont deserve your money. Update: I did finally get the warranty money back. Had to jump through a couple hoops, but I received the check today. Maybe they actually read these reviews... Still doesnt change my overall experience, but I might give them another chance if I find a bike there at the right price. Maybe my first experience was a fluke, because if they treated everyone like that I doubt they would still be in business.

UPDATE: On July 8, 2016 Jake called me to address this review. I can only guess that the intent was to intimidate me into changing this review since , in the few minutes we spent on the phone, he managed to causally mention that he had been speaking to a lawyer with the intention of taking legal action against me. ORIGNINAL REVIEW: Called ahead to explain that I was looking to upgrade from my scooter to either a Forza or a similarly priced motorcycle in the 700cc range. Jake "The Snake" answered and ASSURED me that he had a Forza in the show room as well as a used Silverwing and OFFERED to let me test ride them both. I drive the 30 minutes to Lakeville only to find that NEITHER was available to ride. The Forza wasnt even on site and the Silverwing had a dead battery. He used this opportunity to show me some smaller scooters that were obviously going to be a poor fit given that I had driven all that way to upgrade from a CH80 to the 250cc Forza or 650cc Silverwing. Strike 1 for " The Snake". Jake promises me that they will be ready the next day. In the meantime , I start looking at motorcycles and see a few that I might consider if the scooters dont work out. I come back the next day... Jake STILL doesnt have the Forza, so I test ride the Silverwing. I immediately know that it isnt going to be a fit. Hes REALLY pushing that Silverwing on me and isnt really interested in showing me anything else. (Strike 2 for Jake). I told Jake I was no longer interested in the scooter and wanted to look at the CTX700N and the Yamaha FZ-07. He had clearly lost interest but offered a test ride and asked me to come back on Saturday so that he could have time to get them ready. FOR THE THIRD TIME I make the 30 minute drive to Lakeville and to my surprise , the CTX700 and the Yamaha FZ-07 are sitting there , serviced, gassed up and ready for me to take for a spin. However; Jake informs me that he would be too busy to deal with me and that I should come back during the week. I told hime that I didnt even need to ride the bikes at that point, I just wanted to talk about taking one of them home THAT DAY. I only needed to ask some basic questions so that I could make my final decision between the two. I made it clear that I had gotten a friend to drive me there because I was looking to drive one of the bikes home. He insisted that he didnt have time and that I should come back in a few days when it was less busy. (Strike 3 for Jake) I left , went to a competitor and purchased a bike within the hour.

I have been taking my 2002 Triumph Bonneville to Motoprimo off and on for years for typical service. Nothing major as the bike preforms great, even at 15 years old. Just tires, brakes, chains, etc. Last summer I needed a new front tire. Brought it in. waited three weeks and didnt hear anything back. Got conflicting reports that they either lost it or forgot to order it all together. Fine. Finally got the tire on. Went to pick it up, paid for the service and went outside to get my bike. sitting on the seat was a plastic baggy containing two, broken off hex bolt heads. they were the heads of the bolts securing the axle to the forks on one side of the bike. Asked why no one had mentioned to me that this happened? they could not give me a good reason. They said they would fix it, but not for free and it would likely cost more than I paid for the tire to get those broken bolts out. The axle was still secure, so I decided to take the bike home and fix it myself. As I was pulling away, the front fender fell back out of its mounts onto the new front tire. Upon inspection, the remaining 2 hex screws that held the fender mount on were not even completely hand tightened. it appears that the tech. threaded each screw a couple turns to hold the fender in place and then walked away. I took the fender completely off, and road home with it in my lap. Completely disgusted with the service offered by the Dealer, which is a shame, as I have had nothing but good luck with their parts department when I have ordered parts for myself in the past. I will not be going back. EDIT: This is exactly the way it went down. I wouldnt need to be a accommodated for my "track day" (advanced rider safety course) had the tire been ordered promptly and put on my bike in a decent time frame. I mistakenly thought that 3 weeks was enough lead time to get a tire on. Regardless of that, after I paid for the service and went to get my bike, the busted off hex bolts were in a bag sitting on the seat with no explanation, and the fender did fall off before I even left the parking lot.
