These people are crooks they sell junk. I over purchased for a 49cc TNG Venice last summer for $700.00 - my bad! I have had nothing but trouble with this junk. It started fine at the store but once I got this junk home nothing but trouble. I rode this bike about 6 times never starts. This summer I attempted to start it and the oil pump leaked oil throughout the entire engine. I went to Scooters Plus and they offered to pick it up for 60.00 even though I live about 3 blocks away. They never called me to tell me that they had picked it up. Last summer I bent the right break handle - went to Scooters Plus to have them get me another one. I went back there 3 times they never ordered it. I guess a 15.00 break handle does not pay for them to get me that part. Any place with good customer service would have called and informed me that they had picked it up. Finally about a week later they called had to replace the oil pump, clean carb and funny thing the tires that were in good shape when I gave it to them needed tire stems 35.00 each. Crooks! it cost me $300.00. They sell junk and the customer service is awful! It started fine for about 2 starts and once again now it will not start - but I refuse to have them work on it. If I were you I would buy from any place but do not go to Junk Scooters Plus Terrible Service!

We just picked up a used Vespa from Scooters Plus in Hopkins and love it except for the fact that we cant get it to start the way it did when we bought it. Their website only listed NEW inventory on it, but when we went to the store we found out they had several USED scooters as well. We went on a rainy day, so the scooters werent set-up outside, but we spoke with Gils associate and were able to see some scooters in a trailer. We emailed & called Gil that afternoon and he met us out there for a test drive. Gil was very informative and was able to work with us on the price to get the scooter back into our range. I highly recommend this place, but gave it only 4 stars because were having a few issues with our scooter. I believe a 1 year warranty is included on all NEW scooters and a 6 mo on all USED.

DO NOT BUY OR RECEIVE SERVICE FROM HERE. Over-purchased a Chinese scooter (my mistake, as it was an impulsive decision after my car was totaled) for $600 and it doesnt even run. Customer service is absolutely terrible. They wouldnt do anything about it except tell me to ride it more often. How can I ride it when it doesnt start? I am holding back all expletives because this is Google, but I cannot believe the audacity that these employees have to sell a scooter that doesnt work. THANKS FOR WASTING A COLLEGE STUDENTS 2 PAYCHECKS. Could have used those for rent, or better yet, a scooter that actually runs!
