First time ordering tires for my bike in 2016 the person on the phone wasnt even sure what type of bike I had even though it was a 2009 kawasaki you would think a dealership would know their own bikes. I waited for several weeks and called back a couple times to check for my tires to come in. After a month went by I gave up and ordered them myself from Revzilla got them delivered in two days and installed the next day. They did finally call me back and say they were in I was pretty upset by that time, I had missed out on a month of riding. Second visit to this place I was looking purchase a new bike and went into the small show room where everyone can see you checked out the bike I wanted then got bored and looked over some other bikes just waiting for someone to help me, I looked over several times there were five people behind the counter just talking to each other at this time there was only one other customer in the store, about 20 -25 mins went by before someone came over to help and he wasnt even a salesman but Im just glad he tried, salesman finally came over about 5 -10mins. later. They obviously didnt want to sell any bikes I was ready to purchase that day just piss poor management of this place.

I have never wrote a review before, these guys are that bad. I have ordered parts from them 3 times, and have NEVER gotten a call, as told, when parts arrived. Yet they made darn sure they had my money with every order, which seems to be the only important part of the transaction to them. Ive also had a tire replaced there once. The indicator mark for the lite spot wasnt even close to being lined up with the valve stem. I didnt realise until after I got home that my metal, after market valve cap was replaced with a cheap plastic one. I went back to ask for it, and it mysteriously disappeared. Thats when I took my tire to Larsons in Cambridge to have them re-install the tire on rim. Larsons got it right with out having to explain what the indicator marks on tires are for.

It took me awhile to find a Victory dealer with a service department that actually cares. I can attest that such a dealer does exist. The Northway Sports service team knows a problem when they see it. They also definitely know how to go about getting your bike fixed properly in a timely manner. Im very impressed with their abilities and knowledge of the Victory line. It was extremely refreshing to talk to a service team that doesnt bad mouth the brand while making excuses. Do yourself a favor and visit Northway Sports today!

Horrible service!!! half way through a question he stopped me and said I gotta hurry theres people in line... So I got no answers to anything he just kept putting different jugs of oil and gear lube in front of me saying didnt you read your owners manual....news flash buddy you dont always get those when you buy used wheelers!!!!! Thats what you get paid to figure out!!!!! Id give negative 5 stars if I could.... Find a place that appreciates there customers these guys apperantly think there to big to fail!!!!

I have had great experiences at northway sports from ordering parts to recently getting my 2015 sportsman 850 serviced. The whole process was quick and easy. The service team was excellent from the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up. Great communication on what needed to be done and when they could get it complete. Great staff that cares about their customers. Would recommend Northway to anyone needing service, parts or buying a new toy.

On my second Victory purchased from Northway. Awesome people, service, support. Anybody looking for a Polaris or Kawasaki should try Northway first. Ask for Dan or Doug and tell them Dave sent you. I have never received the kind of personal service anywhere else like I do here. My dad is on his fifth Harley from St. Paul Harley and still gets treated like a leper there. This is the place to go folks!!

I recently had service done on my 2015 Polaris RZR at Northway Sports. The whole process was seamless from getting an estimate to picking it up. They were able to get me in quickly and the staff was very professional from the Service Manager to the Techs working on the machines. I wont hesitate to bring my RZR back for service in the future.

Their customer service is poor; I was just in their yesterday to buy some oil and waited and waited to make my purchase; everyone behind the counter kept walking around and didnt say anything to me; as if my purchase isnt all that important. Ive been in their a number of times since I live close by and the service is always the same.

Unprofessional communication system when it comes to ordering parts. It was told first they had part then after arrival they put the blame for not having it like this "I dont know who you talked to... But we dont have that part." Customer service 101 take ownership of the mistake and own it.

They gave me advice over the phone that helped me save money! When it came time to order some parts I had to order a new starter and they suggested a after market one that was half as much in cost! Starter arrived in two days! Everyone I came in contact with was cheerful and fun to around!

The only dealer I will buy from in Minnesota. Excellent service all around. Dan the Owner is great to deal with, Tony the Service Manager is excellent. They have had everything Ive ever needed or got it for me in a couple days time. I cant say enough good things about them.

Always a pleasure to visit and test ride a bike. The new Cross country was a bit windy in the riders area but they have another wind screen that works very well. Looking forward to testing a Magnum, they are really stepping up their game on this model.

Purchased a brand new motorcycle . They only put a very small amount of gas in it . Just enough to make it to a gas station . Very sad that filling that tank would cut the profits of the sale .
