This is a great stop for a quick fall experience, but do not go here expecting extensive options and a big, fall family outing. Welsh Heritage is two buildings. One has their cider house, where they press both hard and sweet cider. The cider is bottled (ala wine) and is good, but on the dry side. The apple varieties are good and plentiful. My favorite part about Welsh though is their cider donuts and their pies. The pies here are really outstanding. I especially like the french apple. The cider is very good as well. They will occasionally do other activities as well. When we were there, they were exhibiting reindeer for the kids.

With great service, friendly staff, and a wide variety of food items, Welsh is a great place to do some apple picking. The fresh apple donuts are amazing! Dont forget to pick up some espresso cheese, apple pie, and, oh yeah, some apples from their wide selection of items.

Great farm. Good apples and goodies to buy also. The only place to get fresh pressed apple cider made on site.
