The service was flat out emotionless. You get no smiles, no "hey, hows it going?", no "have a good day." The last few times I have came to this location I left thinking "where do they find these people? who is in charge of hiring? And wow this place could use a training course in customer service." I could have this location in tip top shape within one hour with some brutal honesty as to how this situation should work, but something tells me the people behind the counter couldnt care less. I understand if its busy and youre just trying to finish up the tasks but the store has 3 customers in it, who have already ordered and are sitting with what they ordered! The world is becoming more and more gloomy and the people at this location wont be contributing to the turn around. Ill try one more time here as its really close to my home but if its the same (which i unfortunately believe it will based off the past) then Ill drive the extra few miles to another. If that doesnt work.....starbucks.

I used to be Caribou barista, so I know my drinks. 90% of the time I will get the same drink, and have very rarely complained about the quality of my drink, even at varying locations (its the same formula for each drink everywhere you go so as to ensure the same standards). After stopping to get my drink at this location, however, right after leaving the drive through I noticed my drink had almost no flavor whatsoever. I turned around and went inside to request it be made correctly, which the barista said she would do. She gave me a size larger for the mistake but it still tasted like watered down milk without espresso. Please have your baristas practice more often and memorize the drinks! I would have given one star for lack of apology, but gave two stars since it was promptly replaced with a size larger, albeit incorrectly made, the second time.

I have unfortunately have nothing good to say about this Caribou location. The last 3 times Ive stopped here Ive been disappointed by either the slow service or the sub par products served to me. Today I arrived with two sleeping kids in the car to find an "out of order" sign on the drive thru speaker saying "please come inside." Like most parents I wasnt willing to wake my kids for coffee. Why not take orders at the window like every other establishment that has a broken speaker? While this may seem trivial, the fact of the matter is, Ive lost all hope for this location and feel that its not focusing on the most important things to me, customer service and providing quality products.

Ive been waiting in the drive through line for 10 minutes. When I arrived, I was the 6th car in line. 10 minutes later, I am now the 5th. They have always been slow here, but this is ridiculous. Update: Finally just got through the line. none of the three drinks are labeled and the server couldnt say for sure which is which. Also, I heard the barista tell him that one of the drinks had, "been sitting there for awhile." Turns out, its the birthday girls drink, which feels luke warm even though I ordered it extra hot.

Wish I had gone some where else. Went here to get a drink n use free wifi while I wait for someone. My sm hot chocolate was over priced for what I got n not very good tiny bit better with sugar packet added. ....but made better coco from packets n Hershey syrup at home! 2nd annoyance how loud it is here. I understand people/other customers talking but loud grinding n other machines then all of a sudden some booming bass more than singing music from speaker in corner!

We have boycotted Caribou strictly due to this place. 20+ minute wait times happen frequently here. The employees cant ever get orders right. The drinks are ALWAYS different. Burnt, bitter or extremely sugary. Sometimes even a totally wrong drink. I complained to corporate to try and get this changed. But it hasnt in a year. Thanks to their consistent mess ups we bought a machine and make it all at home now.

Quality of this coffee is always really good. The service here is unbelievably slow, due to what I believe is a "lack of staff" problem. This location needs two more people working during the weekday morning rush hours. Every time Im here, if there are more than 2-3 people in line, I can count on waiting at least 10 minutes in the drive-thru. Other Caribou locations Ive been to dont have this issue.

I ordered a chia tea latte with an extra shot, first the employee seemed confused then had to wait for 7 minutes or more to get through the drive through line. After I pulled away and took a sip of my drink it was pure sweet milk and no coffee taste/chia tea taste. I have never had such an awful drink considering my order wasnt even a "picky order"

This Caribou is the worst. Few days ago I ordered two LG drinks. What did I get?, Large Tea and a medium size cold press. I payed for full for LG. I see that someone has complained about the male manager. Brown hair, brown facial hair and glasses. I have experience his unprofessional-ism. Hes a total "Prick". Avoid going to this Caribou.

The people here are very friendly and do a great job! I come here a lot. Like, multiple times a day. I rarely have a less than stellar experience, & if it does happen, its usually just someone new learning the ropes, & they fix it right away. Highly recommend this location. :)

Avoid going to this Caribou. The Male manager (Brown hair, brown facial hair, glasses, 5,7" with a flamboyant accent) is an utterly an "A Hole". Very rude to me and a female customer. I am gonna be contacting the Caribou headquarters and complain. Totally unacceptable.

Always good coffee but Im rating this place low because it is ALWAYS slow. Slow at the drive through, even slower inside. They need more staffing but dont ever get it. No one seems to care the it takes 15-20 minutes to get your order on many days.

Cannot follow direction when making a specialty drink. When asked to make again they still cant make it right. I used to love this Caribou and now I will go out of my way to go to a different one. Need different staff!!!

Poor signage --once off highway coming from the north, take Concord Boulevard East and turn onto Cahill Ave. The coffee shop is the front corner of a mini plaza.
