I have been going to the Starbucks location off of Cliff and 35E for quiet some time now because it is on my way to work in the morning. Today has been my last straw at this location. When I arrived at the store this morning the line for the drive thru the line was backed up all the way to Darque Tan. Per usual it took forever to even get to the ordering board and then forever to get to the window to get my beverage. Then when I do get to the window, my beverage is incorrect. I had ordered a venti and received a grande, after which I had told the lady in the drive thru that I had ordered a venti. Then I proceeded to sit at the drive thru window for 5 minutes ( I timed it) while waiting for a new drink to be made and the line around the building got increasingly longer. The drink I had ordered was a venti Caramel Cocoa Cluster Frappuccino with 2 shot of espresso blended in and the lady taking my order repeated my order after I had told her what I wanted. When my drink was remade to be the correct size I did not receive those shots in my drink. I under stand that this store has been going though hiring new staff but this store has always been horribly slow. They did have a sign in the drive through window for a while about hiring new people, but clearly that staff isnt doing their job. I shouldnt have to wait in line for 15-20 minutes to get my coffee in the morning. Also last week when I was at this location in the morning they had someone outside handing out samples in the drive thru. When the line is covering the back of the building, have that employee inside making drinks to help push the line. If you want to hand out samples do it at the window instead of wasting an employee on that. I have worked in the Customer Service industry for year and I understand things happen, but it has been far too long for this store. Over all extremely disappointed with this store and the way they are doing things, maybe it is time for a new manager at this location.

To the anonymous person below, this Starbucks is currently in the process of training new people because of a huge staff loss. All of the employees here are hard workers and do the very best they can to bring you the beverage you order in a timely manner. The newer employees have to learn to work drive through and make drinks. It is more difficult than you think and I think you need to think about this next time. I work at Starbucks so I know what I'm talking about. The baristas have to take your order, enter it into the register (which means they have to find specific buttons in specific categories. There are numerous categories each with many many specific buttons on them. So when you're new finding these buttons is difficult.) while they take your order they have to give change AND multitask like get pastries or coffees while doing all of this. It is not easy to do. Especially when there is a rush. So I am sorry you had to repeat your order but you need to learn to be a little more patient and understanding. As for being out of things you want, that is not their fault. We get hundreds of customers a day and many of them want pastries. They do not have a constant supply. Things run out quickly and if there are no more for the day then there is no more. We do not make our pastries they are shipped to our stores so yes, things run out and we have to save an amount for each day until our next shipment. Please take this into account. These people work very hard and the job is not easy. Especially when you are new and in training and trying to learn everything. The staff at that Starbucks is always friendly and happy and really make an effort to bring you the best beverage and service they can. People make mistakes they aren't perfect. But they try their best. I go in there very often. Five stars.

Im not sure how anyone could ever give this place a bad review. These are the nicest people that youll ever meet. Never rude, and theyll bend over backwards to make your day better. Ive been going to this same starbucks for more than 3 years, and theres a reason that I and many others come back to this one, and that reason goes far beyond coffee. So if youre in the neighborhood and you actually are the type of person that looks at Google reviews before you check a place out, something that you should know about the Cliff Starbucks is that the people who work there will make your day brighter, your smile a bit bigger, and your heart warmer. As sappy as that is, its totally true.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the Regional Management! I am a Disabled US Veteran, and the delivery "people" block either ALL THE DISABLED parking spots, or they block the entrance/exit to the strip mall. I have contacted the local police. The delivery people jacked their brakes, nearly hitting my and my son - and they laughed as they pulled away. STARBUCKS could be facing a disability discrimination suit if it continues! Photos of one time are included! This happens quite a lot.

This is, by far one of the best locations Ive been to. They are always friendly to me, kind to each other, and get my orders right or go above and beyond to correct. People complaning about drive thru should get off their buttstock and into the store. Theyre working hard and efficiently to process that horrible line of traffic. I bring my 6yo in every morning. They are kind and attentive to him as well. Great store!

Starbucks is a very interesting coffee shop and its different then others. It has pretty good coffee but there seems to be a community around it. I first started going to Starbucks when I got a gift card for a present. I wasnt able to spend it because the people in front of me bought my drink for me two times in a row. I was very grateful for this and it made me want to pay for the persons drink behind me.

Placed a mobile order, just to find out that they were out of chai. Which, while understandable, should be something that the mobile ordering should address. On to of that and what makes this a 1 star is the fact that they didnt seemed to mind leaving me waiting while they took care of the drive thru. Seems like these days the customer that walks into a store is at the bottom of their priority list.

The service here is is okay. The baristas are very friendly and fairly quick. Its also cleaner than your average starbucks. However, if you have allergies or are on a special diet be on the lookout. Ive caught two different baristas preparing my DAIRY FREE order in the dairy blender! Not okay. Thankfully Im not allergic and they were willing to remake my drink, but pay attention if youre dairy free.
